会津娘 純米吟醸酒「帰忘郷(きぼうきょう)」Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Sake "Kibokyo" [Impression]
福島県の大熊町は、福島第一原発の事故により8年間、住民が誰もがいなかった町。その町のまちづくり公社が、販売元となったのが、この「帰忘郷」だ。
大熊町産の五百万石という米を使い、会津若松の髙橋庄作酒造店で作ってもらったそうだ。
実は、このプロジェクトは、クラウドファンディングにより資金が集められた。
大熊町に関係する人の紹介もあり、私もそれに参加したことで、送ってもらったので、感慨もひとしおだ。
味は純米吟醸酒の割に辛口であるが、流石に精米歩合55%ということで、とても飲みやすく仕上がっている。
ということで、一晩で飲み干してしまった。
Okuma Town in Fukushima Prefecture is a town where no inhabitants have been present for eight years due to the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.
It is this "homecoming" that the town development public corporation of the town became the seller.
It is said that they used rice called Gohyakumangoku from Okuma Town to make it at Takahashi Shosaku Sake Brewery in Aizuwakamatsu.
In fact, the project was funded by crowdfunding.
There was an introduction of a person related to Okuma Town, and I was also sent by participating in it, so I am deeply moved.
The taste is dry for Junmai Ginjo Sake, but it is very easy to drink because the rice polishing rate is 55%.
So I drank it overnight.
