だから、中学や高校の3年間というのは、仕事をし始めてからの3年間と違い、ものすごく濃い時間なのだ。

まだまだ、川柳もデッサンも自分自身、満足出来るほどになっていないが、「続けることが大事だ」と墓の中の父も言っていると思う。

私は、以前、横浜でバンクシー展が開催された際、彼の作品に興味をもった。社会性を強く持ったメッセージをステンシルという方法の落書きなしている。

現代アーティストとしては、全世界で一番有名なのに、本人が誰かわからない。

このフランスの番組では、それを明らかにしようとしていた。実際にマッシッブ・アタックというバンドの「ロバート・デル・ナジャ」という名前や「ロビン・ガニンガム」という名前も出ていた。

どちらもバンクシーの出身地とされるイギリスのブリストル出身である。

しかし、そのブリストルに新たに描かれた作品「モバイル ラバーズ」は、2人組が車から降りて描いたことが防犯ビデオに映っていた。

私は誰であっても良いが、あえて詮索しない方が良いと思う。あまり、詮索しようとすると、次の作品が発表されにくくなるからだ。

知らないことを知りたいのは人間の本性ではあるが、あえて詮索しないのも粋ってもんだと思うが、どうだろうか？

佐藤勝氏の本を続けて読んだ。ただし、内容は先日読んだ「還暦からの人生戦略」とは、全く異なる。

タイトルの「悪」という言葉を、「独裁者」に入れ替えれば、この本の全容をつかみやすい。

つまり、世界の中でも有名な独裁者11名に関する著者の見立てである。

その顔ぶれは、プーチン、習近平、ドナルド・トランプ、金正恩、シリアのアサド、アルバニアのエンベル・ホッジャ、ヒトラー、毛沢東、スターリン、カダフィ大佐、金日成である。

実は私、唯一、ホッジャという人物をよく知らなかった。しかし、著者は一番興味があるという。実で風変わりであり、しかも一貫して内政でも外政でもブレなかった人だという。

そのことを知れただけでも、この本を読んだ価値があったかも知れない。

そして、読後の私の感想は、独裁者達は、何も好きで大勢の人を粛清したわけではなくて、ある意味では、真面目に仕事に専念した結果だったことがわかった。

それが人道的には間違いであったとしても、理想の国家を作り上げようとして、しかも国民からは一定の支持があった強いリーダーであったことがよく分かった。

そして、共通するのは、かなり混乱の時代背景の中で出て来たリーダーであることだ。

多分、昔で言えば、織田信長などもこの部類に入るのかも知れないが。

いずれにしても、とても印象的なフレーズが2つあったので、引用したい。

『金日成は、スターリンと同じく、「普通の人々を幸せにするためには、人々から自由を取り上げてしまわなくてはならない」という「愛の思想」を持った独裁者なのである。』

『中国の作家、方方(ファンファン)の「武漢日記」から、「ある国の文明度を測る唯一の基準は、弱者に対して国がどういう態度をとるかだ。」』

そこで、昨年還暦になった著者がどのような人生戦略を持っているのかを知りたくて読んでみた。

内容は還暦になってからの孤独、不安、人間関係、働く意味。さらに、お金や教養など様々な側面から言及している。

よく考えてみると、著者自身が還暦になったばかりだ。つまり60歳代を生きた経験は少ない。

著者自身、キリスト教プロテスタント信者である。その視点から、宗教を理解する必要性を説くあたりは、「なるほど」と、とても納得出来た。

ただ、すでに還暦になった人ではなく、出来れば50歳代の人が読んだ方が心の準備が出来てよいかもしれないとも思った。

そして、それらの人達が答えた項目のうち、最も多かった共通項の9つを、この本では事例を交えて紹介している。

もとより自分が癌になったわけではない。しかし、日本人の2人に1人は癌になるとのことなので、それを回避出来る生き方を知りたくで読んでみた。

西洋医学の癌摘出手術、放射線治療、抗がん剤治療などでは説明出来ない事例ばかり紹介されていて、とても驚いた。

日本とアメリカとの文化の差はあるので、必ずしも全ての内容がすんなりと腹落ちしたわけではないが、「日頃の食事」と「気の持ちよう」は、とても大事なことは理解出来た。

いくつかは実践し易いこともあるので、少しずつ取り入れてみようかと考えている。

以前から横浜の日産自動車本社ビルの隣にあることは知っていた。

それほど鉄道模型に興味があるわけではないので、入場してからの3つの展示室は、割と早く観終わってしまった。

しかも、展示室には他に誰もおらず、「時間予約の意味があったのか？」と思ったくらいだった。

しかし、「いちばんテツモパーク」という部屋に入った途端、多くの入場者がいることが分かった。

ここは、日本だけでなく、世界の一番ゲージの鉄道模型が走り回っていた。

ファンにとっては見飽きないはずであり、ここがこの博物館の一番の見せ場だ。

実際に、パンフレットにも、「世界最大級のレイアウト」と書かれていて、観覧席まで設置されていた。

さらに、もう少し小ぶりの横浜ジオラマという部屋にもHOゲージの鉄道模型が走っていた。

ここには、桜木町駅から関内周辺の主要な場所を模したジオラマがあり、横浜市民にとっては、とても感慨深いと思うはずだ。

鉄道模型ファンでなくても、横浜に来て少し時間がある人には、一度見る価値はある博物館だと感じた。

日本大通り駅の上にある日本新聞博物館で開催されている写真展を観に行った。

当然ながら、新聞に掲載された内容ばかりだ。そのため、東京オリンピック・パラリンピック、新型コロナウィルスに関する作品が多い。

昨年は、東日本大震災から10年だったため、10年後にの今、被災地はあるいは被災者はどうなっているのかという視点の写真も何点かあった。

そうした中、印象的だったのが、「大規模土石流からの生還」という熱海の事故の作品。そして「熱海　土石流　起点から河口」という作品だった。現場の状況がかなりリアルに伝わってきた。

また、奨励賞を受賞した「視線の先に①〜⑤」は、オリンピック選手の視線のある瞬間を捉えていて、これも素晴らしかった。

特に③の「新体操・喜田純鈴」選手のアクロバティックな動きの中でボールを見つめる視線が凄い！
「一流のアスリートとはこう言うことか！」と思い知らされた。

また、普段では見ることの出来ない水中写真。「夏の祭り『水中の舞』」は、アーティスティック・スイミングチームの一糸乱れぬ演技がわかる。とてもダイナミックだ。

さらに、空手女子の清水希容選手の真剣なしかも片目しか見えないのに迫力満点の作品も感動的だった。

こうした作品とは違い、写真として綺麗だな〜！と感じたのが、「となみチューリップフェアの会場上空をアクロバット飛行するブルーインパルスの編隊」。

展示作品リストに掲載されていないものだが、黄色いチューリップと青い空、そして、ブルーインパルスの飛行機雲の色彩と構成が気に入った。

いずれにしても、被災現場、アスリートの筋肉や、目の動きなど、細かな部分が新聞で見るより、鮮明でしかも美しいので、とても伝わってくる感じが強い。

たった400円の入場料で、とても楽しめた写真展だった。

In any case, the details such as the disaster site, the athlete's muscles, and the movement of the eyes are clearer and more beautiful than you can see in the newspaper, so it feels very clear.

It was a very enjoyable photo exhibition with an admission fee of only 400 yen.

新たにラグビーのリーグワンが開幕し、横浜がホームの横浜キャノンイーグルスのホスト開幕戦を観に行った。

これまでにごり酒は、甘酒に近いイメージがあり、かなり甘いと思っていたが、それほどは甘くもなく、かといって酸味も少なく、とても飲みやすかった。

これなら、お酒に慣れていない人でも、カクテルのような感じで飲めるかもしれない。

場合によっては、炭酸水などで割るとさらに飲みやすくなるだろう。

どの銘柄とは指定しないで、注文したけれど、なかなか良い酒を選んでくれたお店に感謝したい。

このほかにも、レフリーを目指す人のための、「マッチオフィシャルのために」や7人制のルール、ジュニア(U-15)用のルールもある。

つまり、この一冊で今のラグビールールについては、概ね分かる内容となっている。

ところで、ラグビーのプレー再開方法は、色々と選択肢があり、どれを選ぶかも戦術になる。ハードな当たりが見せ場ではあるが、かなり頭脳戦でもあることが、何となく分かる。

日本ラグビーフットボール協会の監修でもあるこの本は、ラグビーの精神などについても言及されており、まさに観戦でもプレーでも役に立つ入門書として、うってつけの本だと思う。

そして、秀作なども掲載されており、なぜ良いのかの解説もある。

いずれにしてもカンタンに俳句は作れるが、秀作を創るようになるのは、簡単ではないことがよく分かった。

投稿して添削してもらうサイトなども紹介されている。
いずれにしても、簡単では飽きるので、長く続く新たな趣味になるかもしれない。

東京駅から徒歩5分の三菱一号館美術館で開催中の展覧会。

昨年中に行きたかったが、コロナ禍で日時指定制度になっており、土日や祝日の予約が取れなかった。

そして、来週16日までしか開催されていないので、仕方なく平日の夕方に予約をとった。

訪れてみると、日時指定になっているはずなのに、入場者が多くて密が心配になった。

実はこの美術館、明治27年に建てられた丸の内初のオフィスビルである。それを解体して2010年に美術館として、再建されたのだ。

外壁は赤煉瓦で、内装もとても歴史を感じて雰囲気が良い。

その中で、印象派の巨匠の作品、しかも日本初展示の作品が多く出されていた。

中には、写真撮影が許されている作品も幾つかあり、それもとても嬉しかった。

個人的な感想としては、レッサー・ユリィの2作品、「冬のベルリン」と「夜のポツダム広場」がとても気に入った。

そこで、作品集を買って帰ったが、印刷された作品と本物との質感があまりにも違うことがよく分かった。

やはり、本物を見ないとならないことを悟った、良い機会であった。

各登場人物のキャラが立っている、つまり、とても細かく人物設定しているのも感心する。

この作品を読んでいて、どんな事件なのか1/3位読んでも推理が及ばない。序章が長いのかもしれないが、定型的な推理小説でないところ、むしろ素晴らしい。

著者の作品は毎回毎回、新しい展開、視点、キーワードがふんだんに盛り込まれ、本当に敬服するしかない。

そして、それぞれの選手の背景などもあり、それを考えると、順位だけでなく、ドラマがあったと思う。

突然、大金持ちから妻子持ちの平凡なサラリーマンになるという設定は、なかなか理解し難い。でも、それがタイムトリップなのか、夢なのかはあまり関係がなさそうだ。

人間にとって大事なことは何なのかを考えさせられるという意味では、とても良い映画だ。

それにしても、この映画で、サターン主演女優賞を受賞しているティア・レオーニのチャーミングでセクシーな演技に魅せられた映画だった。
