「Singin' in the Rain〜雨に唄えば〜」

オミクロン株が猛威をふるい、連日過去最高を更新している。そのためか、1月の公演は全て中止になっていた。

引き続き、中止になってしまうのか、とても心配したが、2月からは予定通り開催された。

私にとっては、初めての東急シアターオーブ。公演は2部制で約2時間40分。観客席はほぼ満席の状態だった。

役者は全て外国人でセリフも英語。そのため、舞台の両脇に字幕が出ていた。英語を勉強しているが、ネイティブの速さにはまだついていけず、字幕を見続けることになった。

それでも、ダンスと歌の時には、役者に注目出来た。完成度の高い演技、ダンス、歌などとても感動した。

また、音楽が録音ではなく、生演奏だったことにも驚いた。第2幕になってから初めて楽団のメンバーが紹介されたのだ。

そして、極め付けは「雨」。14トンも降らせたようだ。水飛沫をダンスや音楽に合わせて利用するのは、なかなか見る機会はないし、ポンチョを被った前列の観客達も水飛沫をかけられて、喜んでいたようだ。

そうした意味で、何から何まで素晴らしいミュージカルだった。

For me, the first Tokyu Theater Orb. The performance is a two-part system and takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes. The audience seats were almost full.

All the actors are foreigners and the lines are in English. Therefore, subtitles appeared on both sides of the stage. I'm studying English, but I still can't keep up with the speed of the native speakers, so I decided to keep watching the subtitles.

Still, when dancing and singing, I was able to pay attention to the actors. I was very impressed with the highly complete acting, dancing and singing.

I was also surprised that the music was live, not recorded. The members of the orchestra were introduced for the first time since the second act.

And the ultimate is "rain". It seems that he dropped 14 tons. It's hard to see the water splashes used for dance and music, and the audience in the front row wearing ponchos seemed to be pleased with the water splashes.

In that sense, it was a wonderful musical.
