面白いバイクの荷台 Interesting Motorcycle Cargo Bed

朝の散歩の際、こんなバイクの荷台を見た。

他のバイクのほとんどはヘルメットを入れるケースか、荷物を入れるボックスがついている。

だから、何かしら荷台としての用途として使われる。

しかし、この荷台は、この空気の人形の居場所である。
これは何かを主張しているのだろうか？

それとも、飾りなのか？

いずれにしても、このバイクの持ち主の遊び心が私は好きだ。

But this cargo bed is the place for this air doll.
Is this claiming something?

Or is it a decoration?

Either way, I like the playfulness of the owner of this bike.

「人生が大きく変わるアドラー心理学入門」岩井俊憲 An Introduction to Adlerian Psychology: A Life-Changing Experience" by Toshinori Iwai

著者はアドラー心理学のカウンセリング指導者。これまでにも私は何冊か著書を読んだことがあるが、どの本もとても分かりやすい内容だった。

今回読んだ本は、その中でも一番分かりやすかった。「読んだ」というより、「見た」と言った方が正しいかもしれない。

何故なら、ほとんど全てのページで図やイラストが使われていたからだ。文章というより、プレゼン資料のようだった。

それでいて、アドラー心理学の基本的な流れは全ておさえられている。

多分、この本は読書習慣のない人にも、アドラー心理学を知ってもらおうと工夫した結果なんだろう。

あまり、本を読まず、しかも悩みを抱えている人に勧めてみようかと思ったくらいよく出来ている。

国会でも質問に使われるようになったAI。とりあえず、使ってみたが、確かに凄い。

適当な質問だと通り一編の回答で終わるが、詳細な条件設定をした上で質問すると、かなり細かい回答がある。

特に自分が想定していないような視点での回答があるのが、興味深い。

今までは、Googleで「ググる」のが、百科事典代わりだったが、今後は「チャとる」のが、トレンドになるかもしれない。

人口が減る中で、移民政策を拒んでいると、その国は滅びると、あのジム・ロジャースが言っていたのを思い出した。

今年のソメイヨシノは咲きはじめも早く、そして満開も早い。

そこで、散らないうちにライトアップしている大岡川の桜並木を見に行ってみた。

案の定、多くの人達が来ており、スマホやカメラで桜を撮っていた。

勿論、自分も色々な写真や動画を撮ったが、ふと気がついたことがある。

それは、「トイレ」。夢中になって撮影するのはいいが、そのことを考えておかないと、ダメなことを実感した。

中高年の人は、このことを注意しておかないとならない。

ということで、早めに切り上げて駅に駆け込んだ。残念！

ゲーミングチェア購入

人間工学的によく出来た椅子だということで、ゲーミングチェアを購入した。

その理由は、最近動画編集をし始めており、机に張り付いている時間が増えたからだ。

つまり、腰に悪影響を与えているということ。そこで、英会話の先生らのアドバイスを受けて、ゲームはしないけどゲーミングチェアを買った。

考えてみれば、子供の勉強机のお下がりの椅子を利用しており、かなりちゃっちい椅子に座っていた。

動画編集だけでなく、他のことでもリビングではなく机に座っていることが多くなったが、それはパートナーが仕組んだのだろうか？

ゲーミングチェアを買うことを提案したのも、そういえばパートナーからだった。

私が机に張り付いている時間を増やしたいのか、それとも純粋に私の腰を心配してくれたのか？

いずれにしても、新しい椅子には多分長時間座ることになりそうだ。

今日は朝から美容院で髪を切り、鎌倉散策と写真や動画を撮影するつもりだった。

しかし、朝から雨模様だったし、実際に予報も終日雨だったので、鎌倉には行かないことにした。

そんな時に限って、美容院から予約時間を1時間遅らせて欲しいとの電話があった。

こういうことを良いことと考えるのか、悪いことと考えるのか、よく分からないが、結果的に行かない予定だったジムに行けたので、良いことと考えることにする。

つまり、自分の考え方次第だということにしようと思う。

「セルフマネジメント」という言葉に惹かれて読んでみた本。

この本は、著者のジェレミー・ハンター氏がクレアモント大学院大学のドラッカー・スクールで35週間かけて教えている講義の内容をまとめたものだ。

そして、読後の感想は、「最も早い時期に読んでおけば良かった。」ということ。これまでに読んだことがない内容でとても新鮮な驚きだった。

この本を実践するには、年齢的には遅いかもしれないが、とりあえず、この本のメソッドに沿って、色々と自分なりに試してみるつもりになっている。

年齢を重ねても、まだまだ、挽回できると思っている。そんな気持ちにさせてくれる本だ。

I read this book because I was attracted by the term "self-management.

サルセーションにハマってる！ I'm into salsation!

最近、ジムでサルセーションというダンス系プログラムに出ている。

どうも、サルサ(SALSA)と感じるという意味のセンセーション(SENSATION)を組み合わせた造語のようで、まだ新しいようだ。

ZUMBAと同様にラテン系の音楽が多いが、ハイテンションなZUMBAに比べて、すこし女性らしいお淑やかな雰囲気の振り付けのようだ。

そんなプログラムに「よくまあ、あんなおじさんが出ているなぁ」と筋トレをやっている人々から見られていると思うが、気にしない。

どうも自分はラテンのリズムと踊りが好きなようだから。

ただ、このプログラムはあまり認知されていないのか、あまりにも参加人数が少ない。それが、インストラクターさんに気の毒なので、私は必ず出ることにしている。

今朝は仕事が手につかないという人も多かったようだ。

そして、仕事をしているふりをしてWebサイトで毎回のスコアボードを確認していたのだろう。

実際、自分もそうだった。

それにしても、凄いチームだ。一度も負けずに勝ち進み、準決勝では大逆転。

そして、決勝ではあのアメリカに勝った。
4年後が楽しみになった。

春分に試してニヤリ新レンズ

朝の散歩のついでに、公園に咲く桜を撮ってみた。
というより、新しいレンズを買ったので、試してみたかったという方が正しい。

あまり考えずにパチリとシャッターを切った一枚が、凄くボケていて嬉しい。

特に設定を工夫したわけでもないのに、不思議だがそれがカメラの面白いところなのかもしれない。

思い切って買ったレンズは、SONYのAPS-C用の単焦点レンズ。35㎜でf1.8なので、よくボケるとの評判は知っていた。

実は、アクションカメラのDJI osmo Action3は広角過ぎて、とても違和感があったのだ。

一方、このレンズはまだ、少ししか試せていないが、自分から距離を合わせなければならない面倒くささはあるが、見た通りの画角で撮れるのがとてもいい。

これから桜が満開になり、散っていくシーズンなので、どんどんこれで撮ってみたい。


New lens to try and grin in the spring equinox

During my morning walk, I took some pictures of cherry blossoms in the park.
It is more correct to say that I bought a new lens and wanted to try it out.

I snapped the shutter without thinking too much, and was pleasantly surprised to see the great bokeh.

I didn't even try to make any special settings, which is strange, but perhaps that's the interesting thing about cameras.

The lens I took the plunge and bought was a Sony APS-C single focal length lens with a 35mm f/1.8 lens, which I knew was known for its excellent bokeh.

Actually, the action camera DJI osmo Action3 was too wide angle and I felt very uncomfortable with it.

On the other hand, I have only tried this lens for a short time, but it is very good to be able to take a picture with the same angle of view as I saw, although it is troublesome that I have to adjust the distance from myself.

I would like to take more and more pictures with this lens as the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom and falling in the coming season.

スマホを線路に落としてしまった！ I dropped my phone on the tracks!

帰宅時に、乗り換え駅で少し時間があったので、本日のブログを書いていた。

集中していたので、自分が乗るべき電車が来ていることに気が付かず、駅の放送を聞いて、飛び乗ろうとした。

やはり、急いではいけない。スマホを線路に落としてしまい、結局その電車には乗れず。

駅員さんにお願いして、拾ってもらうが、当然ながら、次の電車が発車するまで待たなければならず、随分と時間をロスした。

こんな時に年齢を感じる。以前ならこんなことにはならなかった。失敗が多くなるのは、身体の反応が悪いからだろう。

でも、格好のブログネタが出来たことはある意味ではプラスだ。

そう、プラス思考で生きて行こう！

On my way home, I had some time at the transfer station to write today's blog.

I was so focused that I didn't realize that the train I was supposed to be on was coming, and was about to jump on when I heard the station broadcast.

After all, I shouldn't be in a hurry. I dropped my phone on the tracks and ended up not getting on that train.

I asked the station attendant to pick it up, but of course I had to wait until the next train departed, which lost me a lot of time.

It is at times like this that I feel my age. In the past, this would not have happened. I guess the reason I make more mistakes is because my body does not react well.

But in a way, it's a plus that I now have a good blog post.

実は2日続けてすかいらーくグループのレストランに行った。

両店舗とも猫型ロボットが配膳をしていた。もはや普通の風景だ。

コロナ禍で海外旅行に行っていないが、これはどのくらい珍しいことなのだろうか？

中国の深圳あたりだともしかしたら当たり前かもしれないが、そのほかの国では、あまり普通のことではないかもしれない。

以前聞いたことがあるが、日本の普通の街並みの動画が、びっくりされているという話を聞いたことがある。

道にゴミが少ない、落ちていないということに驚く外国人が多いそうだ。

自分の日常や普通なことは、他の国では非日常や普通ではないことが沢山ありそうだ。

ハピピランド横浜で疲れた I'm tired of Hapipi Land Yokohama.

横浜駅に直結の新しいキッズパークであるハピピランドに行ってきた。

4歳男児を連れて行って、約3時間、ぶっ通しで体を使って遊びまくる子供を追いかけ、写真や動画を撮りまくったので、自分が遊んだわけではないが、とても疲れた。

それにしても、よく出来ている施設である。宇宙をテーマにして12のエリアで色々な遊びが出来る仕組みになっている。

子供は、好きな遊び場を行ったり来たりしながら、飽きるまで遊ぶことがよく分かった。

なんと満タンにしていたカメラの充電がなくなってしまったので、本当に撮りまくった。

案の定、彼は帰りのバスで寝てしまい、バス停から抱っこして帰る羽目になった。腰が辛い。

I visited Hapipipiland, a new kids' park directly connected to Yokohama Station.

I took my 4-year-old boy there and chased my child who played around with his body for about 3 hours straight, taking pictures and videos, so although I did not play myself, I was very tired.

Still, it is a well-designed facility. There are 12 areas with a space theme where visitors can play in a variety of ways.

I found out that children often go back and forth to their favorite playgrounds and play until they get tired of it.

Sure enough, he fell asleep on the bus ride home and I had to carry him home from the bus stop. My back is in pain.

横浜でも桜が開花 Cherry Blossoms Blossom in Yokohama

東京の桜の開花が随分と早いなぁ？と思っていたら、横浜も15日に開花の宣言がされた。

本当なの？と思いつつ、翌朝の散歩の際、公園の桜の木に近づいてみたら、なんと確かに花びらが咲いていた。

ちょっと驚き、まだ薄暗いけどiPhoneでパチリと写したのがこの写真。

今年は、iPhoneより綺麗に撮れるはずのカメラがあるので、これからが楽しみだ。

特に桜が舞い散るシーンの動画を撮りたいのだが、まともな三脚がないので、いっそのこと買おうかどうか迷っている。

「すぐ死ぬんだから」内館牧子 Soon I'll be dead," Makiko Uchidate

この著者の本を読むのは「終わった人」という定年後の男性を描いた本以来、2冊目だ。

今回の主人公はなんと78歳の女性。しかも、姿勢から食べ物からファッションに至るまで、若くいようとする努力を続けている人だ。

不思議に思ったのは、著者ご本人はこの本を書いた段階では70歳前後のはずだから、実にリアルな感じで、78歳の女性の心情や身体について描写している。

経験がなくても、取材と想像力で物語を書けるのが、小説家だと言われると返す言葉がないが、そのあたりは凄いと感じた。

物語はどんでん返しやほっこりする部分もあり、一気に読み終えた。

中高年と呼ばれる人は後期高齢者になった時の自分がどうなっていたいかを考えるために、一度読んでみたらどうだろうか？

This is the second book I have read by this author since "The Finished Man," a book about a post-retirement man.

This time, the main character is a 78-year-old woman. And she is a person who continues to make efforts to stay young, from her posture to her food to her fashion.

相鉄、東急相互乗り入れ 3.18ダイヤ改正 Sotetsu and Tokyu interchange 3.18 Timetable Revision

昨日から、相鉄線の横浜駅ではこのリーフレットを配り始めている。

「ダイヤ改正」と買いてあったので、てっきり時刻表なのかと勘違いしたが、そんな細かいことは掲載出来ないに決まっている。

注意事項や便利になることを漫画形式で載せていたり、主な変更点などが書いてある。

新幹線をよく利用する相鉄線利用者にとっては、とても時間短縮になりそうだ。

勿論、東急東横線や目黒線などにも直接繋がることは、横浜駅を通らなくて済むので、とてもありがたい。

ただ、あえてマイナス要因を言えば、電車のルートの選択肢が多すぎて判断に迷うということぐらいだろう。

そうなると、スマホのアプリをより一層頼りにすることになり、自分の頭を使うことが減りそうだ。

そして、乗り換えで歩くことも減る。ということは、頭も体も使わなくなるということか？

便利になるということは、良いことばかりではなさそうだ。

「マリー・ローランサンとモード」Bunkamura ザ・ミュージアム Marie Laurencin and Mode" Bunkamura The Museum

Bunkamuraは渋谷の東急百貨店内にあるが、その東急百貨店はすでに1月末に閉店してしまっている。

ザ・ミュージアムもこの展覧会終了をもって、長期休館になるとのこと。

以前から私はよくここに来ていたので、少し寂しい。でも、渋谷ヒカリエで展覧会などは継続するそうなので安心した。

さて、マリー・ローランサンのことは、名前と代表的な絵のタッチくらいしか知らなかった。

今回の展示を見て、1920年代のパリで活躍したこと、そして、一つの時代を作った総合的なアーティストだということがよく分かった。

例えば、付き合いのあったココ・シャネルを通じたファッション界だけでなく、バレエの舞台装置なども手掛けていたのだ。

当時の日本とは比べ物にならないほど文化レベルが違っていたことに改めて気づかされたとともに、時代を切り開く芸術家の凄みを感じた展覧会であった。

招待券をいただいたので、行ってみた展示会。しかし、しかしだ。
実は全く理解出来なかった。

最初からショッキングな始まり。「ロッカーに荷物を預ける際、中にあるマントを着てください。」という係員からの指示があった。

そして、「ご自分のスマートフォンでQRコードを読み取り、まず説明を聞いて下さい。」とのこと。

重くて大きなテント素材で作られたマントを被り、椅子に座って17分強の囁き声の説明を聞く。

そして、オブジェのような、ガラクタのような作品を見ることになる。

そして、最後は写真のとおり、別室に行き、マントを裏返して自分でテントを作る。

個別に体験できるスペースは26人待ちとのことで、早々に帰ってきた。

招待券なので、無料だったが、1200円の入場料を支払ってまでくる人は、先進的なアートにとても理解がある人達だろうと思った。

そして、以前、福井県の美術館に行った際、佐伯祐三氏の作品を少しだけ見たことがあり、好きな画風であることを覚えていたので、行くことにした。

日時指定で行ったのに、館内はかなり混雑しており、かなり驚いた。
大阪中之島美術館などから佐伯氏の作品を借りての展示で、30歳で早逝したのに、多くの作品を残していることを理解できた。

暗い色使いで、しかもタッチが強烈で、デフォルメされているのに、どこに私は惹かれるのかを探したが、結論が出なかった。

単純に好きとしかいいようがないのだ。素人なんだから、それでいいが、そのうち時間が出来たら、図録を読んで勉強してみたい。

いつ時間ができるかは定かではないが。

The exhibition borrowed works by Mr. Saeki from the Nakanoshima Art Museum in Osaka and other museums, and I could understand that he left behind many works despite his early death at the age of 30.

I searched for what attracted me to his works, despite their dark colors, intense touch, and deformation, but could not come to a conclusion.

I can only say that I simply like it. I'm an amateur, that's all, but one of these days, when I have more time, I'd like to read and study the catalog.

I am not sure when I will have the time.

最近、地震が多いし、あの時のことを忘れないようにしないとならないと思うが、防災用品などの見直しは少し面倒ではある。

今月閉館の日本郵船歴史博物館 NYK Museum of History to close this month

以前、閉館することをこのブログでもコメントしたが、とにかく行ってみた。

平日にも関わらず、数人の見学者がいて驚いた。
多分、皆、閉館されることを知っているのだろう。

明治の頃の海運が始まった頃の展示か、客船建造を経て、太平洋戦争で多くの船が接収されて戦艦に改造されたこと。

そして、それらが撃沈されたことなどを知った。その後は豪華客船のことやコンテナ船やその他の特殊な船のことなども展示されていてとても興味深く見学出来た。

一番感心したのは、客船のパンフレットで、昔から日本的なものをアピールしていたことが、今とあまり変わらないという意味で面白かった。

今月末までなので、お近くの方はぜひ一度訪問されてはいかがだろうか？

I have previously commented on this blog about the closing of the museum, but I went anyway.

Even though it was a weekday, I was surprised to see several visitors.

The exhibit was either about the beginning of shipping in the Meiji era, or about the construction of passenger ships, and how many ships were seized and converted into battleships during the Pacific War.

Then I learned that they were sunk. After that, I was very interested in the exhibits about luxury cruise ships, container ships, and other special ships.

What impressed me the most was the pamphlet of cruise ships, which was interesting in the sense that they have always appealed to Japanese people, which is not so different from today.

WBC日本戦始まる WBC Japan game begins.

普段はプロ野球の試合をテレビでも見ることはない。しかし、WBCは国の戦いでもあるので、今回はフォローすることにした。

それにしても、大谷翔平選手は凄い。高校野球でさえも最近はエースでかつクリーンアップを担う選手が少なくなっているのに、プロでしかも世界一を決める大会で、堂々と投げて打てるのだから。

本当のスーパースターだと感心しながら試合を見ていた。

それにしても、最近の投手の投げる球は変わった。

実は、学生時代にバッティングセンターで時速120キロの球を打つどころか、怖くてのけぞっていたくらいな自分にとって、時速160キロの球を投げる、または打つなんて信じられない。

だから、プロなんだと言われると返す言葉はないが、今回はじっくりと野球を楽しむことにしたい。

これは、本日の日経新聞の大機小機というコラムのタイトルだ。

日本人の1人あたりの国民所得がOECD諸国の平均以下になってしまい、もはや先進国とは言えず、中進国になったという。

そしてタイトルのとおり、ヒト・モノ・カネが逃げ出しているそうだ。

これにはかなり驚いた。と言うのも、昨日読み終えたジム・ロジャースの本に、同様の予測が書かれていたからだ。

すでにヤバい国になっているのか？
このコラムでは人口を増やすには間に合わないとのことで、移民を受け入れるべきだとは書かれていない。

その代わり、生産性を上げて国内生産を増やして、所得を向上させる必要があるという。

でも、その足枷は企業数の99%を占める中小企業で、中でも6〜7割の赤字企業だという。

これにも驚いた。それは自分にも関係するからだ。

昔のソ連の国営企業と同じような構造にメスを入れるべきとの指摘だが、具体的には方法論が書かれていなかった。

「では、どうすればいいの？」とコラムを書いた「唯識さん」に聞いてみたい。

以前にも私はジム・ロジャース氏の本などを読んだことがあるが、独自の考え方や視点を持っていて、とても興味深い人だ思っていた。

この本は、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻は勿論のこと、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大前に発行されたため、そうした事柄による影響をどう考えているかは、この本からはわからない。

しかし、ロシアのように世界中から嫌われる国を好きだと言うところも面白い。

さらに彼は「北朝鮮は買いだ」と言う。確かに投資の対象としては、全く考えられない国だ。

アメリカ人なのに、世界をプレーンに投資という視点だけで見ることができるのが、彼の凄いところだ。

因みに、彼が「私がもし10歳の日本人なら、ただちに日本を去るだろう」という意見には正直なところ驚いたが、読んでみると確かに説得力があった。

このままでは、2050年に犯罪大国になるという。

そして、移民を受け入れない国は滅びることは、歴史が証明しているらしい。

そして、中国が世界の覇権国に最も近いとまでいう。私自身は、信じたくないが、彼は好き嫌いではなく、冷静に投資対象としての各国の動向を見ているところは参考になる。

本日は啓蟄。カレンダーを見ながら、もうそんな時期になったのかと思う。

外を歩くと、確かに風の冷たさが厳しくない。これなら虫も土から出てくるだろう。

色々とモヤモヤしていることはあるが、次の二十四節気はもう春分。

春に向けて、すっきりとしたいものだ。

iPhoneの写真整理 Organize iPhone Photos

iPhoneのデータがいっぱいになったらしいので、少しずつ過去の写真を削除してきたが、まずは、パソコンに保存することにした。

以前はiPhoneとiPadという組み合わせしかなかったので、そうした発想が起こらなかったのかもしれない。

約3000枚の写真を転送するには、それなりの時間がかかったが、これで思い切ってiPhone内の写真を削除できるようになった。

明日あたりから、本格的に削除作業に入ることにする。

I have been deleting past photos little by little because my iPhone data seems to be full, but first, I decided to save them on my computer.

This idea may have never occurred to me before because I had only the combination of iPhone and iPad.

It took some time to transfer about 3,000 photos, but now I can delete the photos in my iPhone with all my might.

I will start the deleting process in earnest tomorrow.

犬との誓い Vows with Dogs

我が家のトイプードルは12歳10ヶ月。12歳は人間で言えば64歳。13歳は68歳だそうだ。

ということは、概ね67歳か？

だからなのかもしれないが、あちこち調子が悪くなる。

いつもパートナーのベッドに入り、熟睡しているのに、昨晩は3度も起きて、トイレに行ったそうだ。

確かに朝の散歩の時は軟便だった。

パートナーは「眠れなかった！」ということで、私がバスで動物病院に連れて行く羽目になった。

原因はよく分からなかったが、兎に角、注射を打って、薬をもらって飲んだら、調子が戻った。

原因がわからないのが心配だが、「お互い労わりあいながら生きていこうな〜」と誓い合った。？？？

桃の節句と言っても、私の頭の中に思い浮かぶのは、「目が痒い」「鼻水が出る」「腰が痛い」「温かいと思ったらまた寒い」など、どうでもいい、言ってみれば下らないことばかり。

納戸にしまってあるお雛様を飾る気持ちもなく、ここ最近はひな祭りのイベントから遠ざかっている。

それでも、梅や河津桜が咲いたり、徐々に街の風景に優しい花の色が見えるようになってきた。

当然ながら桃も咲き始めている。痒いとか痛いとかばかりでなく、たまには少し風情のあることを感じられる、そんな余裕のある大人になりたいものだ。

面倒なことばかり起こる時の対処法 What to do when all you get is trouble

面倒なことばかりが起こる。でも本当は「ばかり」ではない。

大きな面倒なことが一つあり、小さな面倒なことが一つ起こると、「ばかり」と思ってしまう自分の脳があるのだ。

よく考えてみれば、面倒なことでなく、スムースなことも起こっているし、良いことも起こっている。

つまり本当はいろいろなことが起こっているのであるが、マイナス要因の事柄で頭の中が一杯になってしまっているのだ。

こういう時こそ、深呼吸と瞑想が大事だと本で読んだことがある。そして、面倒なことに対して、自分が出来ることをノートに書いてみる。

そうするとやれることは限られていることが分かる。とりあえずそのことをやるだけで、その後の結果がどうなろうと、仕方がないと諦めるだけだ。その方が良い気分でいられる。

面倒臭い内容ですみません。

I have read that deep breathing and meditation are important in such situations. Then, I write down what I can do about the troublesome things in a notebook.

Then I realize that there is only so much I can do. I just do that thing for now, and then whatever the outcome is, I just give up and say it can't be helped. I feel better that way.
