家族の具合が悪かったので、病院に連れて行った。歩けない状況だったので、タクシーを降りて、病院の車椅子をお借りしようとした。
しかし、なんと全て出払っていた。
結局、入院病棟から他の車椅子を借りてきてもらった。
確かに診察の際、見回してみると、車椅子に乗った高齢者ばかりだ。
付き添いする人も、私と同様に車椅子の確保に困ったのだろう。
高齢者に人気の病院は、そうした細かい気配りが肝心なので、設備投資をもっと考えて欲しい。
