川崎駅前のバスターミナルを通った時、見慣れぬ格好をした人からティシュを受け取った。
よくよく見てみると迷彩柄のデザインに「自衛官採用受付中」と書いてある。
今の職場でも、若い人の採用には苦労しているが、親方日の丸の自衛隊でも、苦労しているようだ。
確かに若い人の人口そのものが減っているし、実際に戦争や戦闘行為がほぼないにしても、災害時などで活躍する姿は、かなりの重労働そうだ。
残念ながら「お国のために、命を投げ打ってでも」と考える人はいないのだろう。
また、仮に自分がよくても、親などから反対されることもありそうだ。
しかし、どの組織もピラミッド型の組織をイメージして作られているとなると、やはり若い人が欲しいはずだ。
となると、どうして自分のような中高年にティシュを配ったのだろう？
まさか、私を採用したいはずはないが、仮に私が採用説明会に行ったらどんな対応をされるのか、少し興味を持ってしまった。
