副題は「アートがもっと楽しくなる！〜知られざる西洋風景画の世界編〜」
講師は、東洋大学の増子美穂准教授。初めての受講だが、先生の熱い気持ちが伝わって来る良い講義だった。
結局、10時30分から1時間の予定が30分も伸びて12時に終了。質問も沢山あり、延長も仕方なったのだろう？
私にとっての何よりの収穫は、風景画の位置付けがわかったこと。歴史画、人物画よりも風景画は下の位置らしい。そのため、画家は風景の中に無理やり人の姿を描き込んで、人物画や歴史画と看做されるようにしたようだ。
さらに、興味深いのは、人物の位置による優劣だ。向かって左が偉くて右が偉くないのがセオリーとのこと。
実際に、レオナルド・ダ・ヴィンチの最後の晩餐の左側にいた人々は天国に行けたが、右側の人々は皆、地獄に落ちたそうだ。
さらに、興味深かつたことは、ダ・ヴィンチは、スフマートという輪郭線を描かない手法を使った最初の画家だということ。
ジョルジョーネの嵐という作品が、人物が入っていない純粋な風景画の最初だったことなども分かった。

I attended a free online seminar at Benefit Station.
The subtitle is "Art will be more fun! -The unknown world of Western landscape painting-"
The lecturer is Associate Professor Miho Masuko of Toyo University. It was my first time to attend, but it was a good lecture that conveys the passion of her teacher.
After all, the one-hour schedule from 10:30 was extended by 30 minutes and ended at 12:00. There were a lot of questions, and I wonder if there was no way to extend it?
The best harvest for me was to understand the position of landscape painting. It seems that landscape paintings are located below historical paintings and portrait paintings. Therefore, it seems that the painter forcibly drew the figure of a person in the landscape and regarded it as a portrait or historical painting.
What is more interesting is the superiority or inferiority of the person's position. The theory is that the left is great and the right is not.
In fact, the people on the left side of Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper were able to go to heaven, but the people on the right side all went to hell.
What was also interesting was that he was the first painter to use Sfumato, a non-contouring technique.
It was also found that Giorgione's Arashi was the first pure landscape painting without a person.
