諏訪湖畔の片倉館 Katakurakan on the shores of Lake Suwa [Impression]
明治の始めに製糸業で成功した片倉家が創業50周年を記念して、昭和3年に建てた温泉施設。
温泉好きの友人が、「温泉に入りたい」としか言わなかったので、どこにでもあるスーパー銭湯か、公衆の温泉かと思っていたが、全く違って驚いた。
彼の話によると、プールのような大きな浴槽で、床は砂利敷きだったそうだ。
国の重要文化財に指定されているだけあって、見所も沢山ありそうだったが、外で待つことになった。
次に機会があったら、是非入ってみたい温泉である。
