Online meeting [opinion]

I attended an online meeting today, just before the state of emergency was lifted. It's already the third time, so I'm getting used to it.

Occasionally, the participants' families came back and I heard a voice saying "I'm home", but it's generally going smoothly.

When I don't speak, I mute it, and when I agree with my opinion, I can put a "raise hand" mark.

It seems that the background can be changed, and some used their own background wallpaper.

Chatting is important communication when gathering at a meeting, but for meetings that you want to proceed dry, online meetings may be better.

In the future, it will not be necessary to gather in a real way, so the idea of proper use is likely to become an issue. (photo is an image:pixabay)

Birth of new president Kishida [opinion]

The result of the first vote, which is a little different from the media coverage in advance. However, in the end, Mr. Kishida was decided by the overwhelming parliamentary vote.

I felt that the persuasiveness and strength of the speech was inferior to other candidates, but I would like you to do your best as you will become the president of the Liberal Party, that is, the prime minister.

His first job is personnel affairs. Personally, I am concerned about the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defense, who have various major concerns such as the TPP. Of course, the Minister of Finance, who Mr. Aso has served for a long time, is also important, and the Chief Cabinet Secretary is also important.

In any case, I would like you to think about the future of Japan without worrying about the balance of factions. (photo is an image:pixabay)

The internship" [Impression]

409EFE4D-0A9B-4F56-954A-D4C16D2C3EC2.jpeg

A middle-aged analog salesman will challenge Google's internship due to the bankruptcy of the company.

It's amazing that you're actually using Google's headquarters, and that alone may be worth watching.

The story is that only the team that achieved good results during the internship can become a full-time employee, and the smart students of a super famous university and the two middle-aged heroes struggle.

There was romance in the comedy, there was friendship, it was simple, but there was something to see, and I enjoyed it for two hours.

China and Taiwan TPP application [opinion]

93A70578-DA86-4FDA-8E58-87352A2E4EF7.jpeg

Currently, it is a rather troublesome matter for Japan, the presidency. In light of various reports, even if China's participation is not immediately approved, it is necessary to coordinate with Taiwan's treatment, the speculations of each participating country, and even the United States, which has been omitted.

The United States withdrew from Afghanistan and built a QUAD framework consisting of Japan, Australia, and India as a measure against China.

Furthermore, as a security framework, the United Kingdom, Australia and AUKUS have been created to strengthen the siege of China.

Under such circumstances, it is reported that China may invade Taiwan within the next six years in connection with the term of office of President Xi Jinping.

In the midst of a rather unpleasant situation, the next leader in Japan is required to have fairly difficult judgments, strong leadership, and the ability to explain to the public.

I would like LDP members and party members to calmly vote for the LDP presidential election on the 29th. (photo is an image:pixabay)

3226A613-608F-49DB-AE4F-EC2D656A059B.jpeg

A crime love comedy starring Will Smith? It is full of fraud and pickpocket techniques developed by the heroine of a beautiful pickpocket who fell in love with the technique of a genius pickpocket.

And I was surprised that the fraudster group had become like a company.
In the first half, the development of work that strengthens the bond between these two people progresses nicely.

However, the two who suddenly resumed three years after parting once could not see how serious they were and how much they were fraudulent, and the viewers were confused.

And there was a big punch line at the very end.
In that sense, it's a development that doesn't go unnoticed until the end, but the place where "love" isn't abandoned is made with careful consideration for the viewer.

It was a movie that I thought it would be good to watch it comfortably without having to stretch my shoulders.

Atami Yamaguchi Museum [Impression]

62B8ED68-7996-4A49-BD81-26B0F397116B.jpeg

When I asked for directions at the tourist information center at Atami Station, I received a pamphlet that offered a 200 yen discount.

The building is a corner of the condominium, and the outer wall is surrounded by solar panels.
And a lot of dolphins on the back wall.

This is the work of Ryohei Miyata, who served as the Commissioner for Cultural Affairs until the end of March this year.

A kappa made by Taro Okamoto is enshrined at the entrance.
The building wasn't like a museum because it was a renovated condominium, but I was very surprised that the works on display were all from top-notch artists.

Moreover, there are a wide range of fields such as pottery, sculpture, Japanese painting, and Western painting.

After seeing the 9 exhibition rooms and the outdoor exhibition room, I had a mug painting experience and had a drink during that time.

In other words, the admission fee of 1400 yen is discounted by 200 yen, and one drink of 400 yen and the painting experience are included in the price.

Unexpectedly, I picked up a mug that was a souvenir for my trip, and when I asked the staff, "Isn't it profitable?", He answered with a laugh, "It's the thought of the president!"

Misora Komuroyama Ridge Walk Misora [Impression]

I bought a round-trip ticket for the bus and lift at Ito station, and arrived at the lift platform in about 20 minutes after boarding the bus.

I was excited about the lift after a long time, and when I arrived at the mountaintop, I saw a 360 ° panorama. If you go further up the ridge walk, you will see the Kawana Hotel Golf Course below. Beyond that, you can see the calm Suruga Bay.

It's definitely a nice view, and the teak deck feels good. You can also drink simple drinks such as beer and coffee.

By saying that, there are many young couples and groups of men and women. It's probably a new date spot.

While envious of such young people, I visited the attached Komuro Shrine and returned by lift.

The bus set ticket is quite reasonable with a discount on the original soft serve ice cream.

I think it cost a lot to maintain, but after all new tourist spots will have to have new gimmicks.

Seasonal new ginger [essay]

New ginger that I wanted to eat for some reason. I finally found it after going around some supermarkets.
Moreover, it is locally produced. A closer look reveals that this is the season.

So did you want to eat it? I was confident in my feeling that I wanted to eat seasonal vegetables.

When you wash the new ginger with soil and eat it with miso, that unique spicy taste comes out. I don't care if there is a little soil left.

It may be happy to be able to drink alcohol with such things as a knob.

Intellectual culture that becomes a weapon Western art appreciation" Yuji Akimoto [Impression]

A7110984-9586-4C75-922D-2B7E9BC9AC9C.jpeg

I read the author's "Art Thinking" and became more interested in Western art, so I read it.

And I feel I was able to find a book that was very meaningful to me, who had been to museums in the dark clouds.

He super-easily organizes the flow from Renaissance to pop art and adds commentary.

In other words, he had somehow seen works such as realism, Impressionism, Cubism, and Dadaism, but it is very easy to understand because there is an explanation of his representative works as well as an explanation of their historical background.

And finally, it explains how to appreciate it.

The title "become a weapon" means "improve intellectual education."

In that sense, I think it is a very good introductory book that will give you an opportunity to think not only about history and art, but also about classical music, philosophy, religion, politics, and so on.

I recorded and watched what was broadcast on TV. I have already read the novel, so I decided to watch it while checking if there was a gap with the novel.

However, when I read the novel, I imaged the two protagonists, so I didn't feel any discomfort at all.

Both the story development and the characters were able to watch while convinced that "Oh! That's right!"

The cast other than the two protagonists also fit the image I read in the novel, and I was very surprised at that.

When that happened, I wanted to watch "Masquerade Night," so I felt like I was done by the Fuji TV they made.

Benefits of running home [essay]

I have been adjourned from the gym since mid-August, when the number of people infected with COVID-19 surged.
Therefore, muscle training is done at home only by its own weight.

On the other hand, aerobic exercise is not a treadmill, but a real run outside.

I feel that muscle training is less effective when it is under its own weight, but jogging is more effective when running outside because it makes you tired.

Subtle changes in slope and unevenness of the road surface have effects that cannot be obtained with a treadmill. In addition, there are visual changes, so you won't get bored.

And the best thing is to take a bath right away. In particular, the so-called home run, which runs home after going somewhere, is two birds with one stone, with the bus fare floating.

So, even if I return to the gym, I feel that the run home from the gym is well worth considering on Saturdays and Sundays. (The photo is an image: pixabay)

Journals Daily Writing" & "Mark Manders Storage and Exhibition" [Impression]

776A5415-67BD-439C-93C0-B29939DBDAE1.jpeg

A special exhibition in the collection exhibition room of the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo. Called the MOT collection, it seems that the museum's collection of about 5,500 works is exhibited with different themes and perspectives for each session.

At Jnurnals, works created against the backdrop of the corona disaster, disasters, the Olympics, etc. were exhibited.
In particular, a masterpiece that was conscious of life during the isolated life in Corona was conspicuous.

Among these, personally, "Times Square, New York" 2020 and "White Male (Car) Forest" 2000 of "Oscar Oiwa" left an impression on me.

On the other hand, "Mark Manders Storage and Exhibition" was held specially because Mr. Manders' solo exhibition held at the same building was shortened due to the corona wreck, and it is something that can not be seen normally, and it is a virtue. I felt like I was doing it.

The work itself was all based on a delicate balance, and the cracked, fragile atmosphere of the work made by kneading the soil was good.

The first "Yokohama Anpanman Museum" [Impression]

FECE7E1F-F05C-4A47-A350-61404472C3E4.jpeg

I knew that the Yokohama Anpanman Museum was near Shin-Takashima Station on the Minatomirai Line, but I didn't know that it had moved to the former Yokohama F Marinos practice ground.

And this time for the first time, I decided to go there with a boy who was 3 years old.

Of course, all of them are with children from 2 to 5 years old. The building has 3 floors, and the 2nd floor has only the entrance and ticket office. The main event is "Pan Kojo" on the 3rd floor, where "Curry bread man's cooking time" and "Baikinman's dance! Dance ? dance! ?" are the main events.

There is a play mechanism for young children that surrounds the "bread kojo". It may be better to think of it as a playland rather than a museum.

And on the 1st floor, there are restaurants, bakeries, commemorative photo shops, bookstores, etc. that you can enter for free.
In other words, you can buy souvenirs here.

As I kept chasing the running children, I was exhausted and went home.

Raffles Hotel" Ryu Murakami [Impression]

It's an old novel from 1992, but I didn't remember reading it even though it was a work by Ryu Murakami, who I liked at the time.

For me, "Raffles Hotel" had a strong impression of a movie.
Looking at the postscript, it was said that the movie was made first, and then it became a novel. So, when I saw the commercial, I might have felt like I knew it.

The story is a love story between a beautiful actress who is said to have a genius talent and a cameraman who has taken pictures of the Vietnam War. There will also be a nifty Japanese guide who will only deal with high-end customers who will be attending actresses in Singapore.

In places such as New York, Kanazawa and Singapore, the way the three characters speak in their own thoughts and words is a bit of a novel style.

It was full of Ryu Murakami's uniqueness, such as the name of a brand of champagne known only to super celebrities, and it may have been a trend at the time, but even if it was subtracted, it was a work that made me think that I would probably not watch a movie. ..

GENKYO Tadanori Yokoo" [Impression]

I went to an exhibition held at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo. The subtitle is a pun, "From Harago to the illusion, and what is the current situation?" And with this alone, I couldn't imagine what kind of exhibition was being held.

In the end, the composition of the work was such that Mr. Yokoo's overall transition as a painter could be clearly understood.

There is a theme for each era, and if you look around while imagining that theme, you will deepen your understanding.

For example, "Mythical Forest," "At the Y-junction," and "Requiem to Tama." The highlight is the "waterfall installation". A collection of 13,000 postcards of waterfalls around the world are on display.

Finally, a copy of the duel between Musashi and Kojiro's Iwaryujima, which he drew at the age of five under the title of Archive, and posters for school festivals and local Nishiwaki city festivals when he was a high school student showed a glimpse of his talent.

It was well understood that Mr. Yokoo continued to challenge and try as hard as he could at any time.

My tent & bonfire life" Makoto Shiina [Impression]

The author's essay seems to be familiar to me, and this is the first time I've read what is actually a book.

I used to be accustomed to his writing in serials in magazines, so I was relieved to have the same easy-going style.

Like the title, I touched on tents and bonfires a little, but if anything, there were various themes and it was rather interesting.

In particular, the Strait of Magellan Voyage was accompanied by photographs, and I felt envious of the powerful content.

Also, the essay entitled "In Love with the Cleaning Robot'Roomba'" likened Roomba to her married woman, and I laughed aloud.

In any case, I think he is a very envious person because he has no strength in his shoulders, probably because play is his job.

A sad love story of a newlywed couple, based on a true story.

The first half is a very happy atmosphere for an American couple to get married, which makes me smile.

However, cancer is found in her husband, a man. They tried to cancel their wedding, which they were looking forward to because of the cost of his treatment, but their friends raised the cost.

The story is very straightforward and has no twists, but as a documentary, it was a positive development.

Have I ever seen the leading actor and actress? When I looked it up, I found that it was an Asian dancer who appeared in that school's "Glee" and an actress who appeared in "La La Land."

I was convinced that I was good at singing and dancing.

Youth vaccination [opinion]

C454125F-CD80-4844-BA24-42B5A4ABC870.jpeg

Here in Kanagawa, the state of emergency has been extended until the end of this month. The number of infected people is declining, but the bed utilization rate is over 50%, so it is unavoidable.

However, I don't think the reason for this downward trend is that we continue to declare a state of emergency.
As the number of people receiving the vaccine has increased, I think it is difficult to get infected, or even if it is infected, it may not be noticeable without symptoms.

In that sense, it is important to encourage young people to get vaccinated.
However, I think it is difficult to persuade them with probability theory. There is no choice but to hesitate if there are cases of death due to side effects, no matter how small the probability.

I feel that young people trust the transmission of SNS, even if it is not as certain as the truth, and believe that the media reports do not reveal the truth or the exact facts. In fact, I myself often do that.

In other words, it is judged by who made the call, not which company made the call.
Therefore, I would like influential people to disseminate information about vaccination after examining the scientific basis, not just the senses.

That may be really extra care. (photo is an image:pixabay)

The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind" [Impression]

A true story of a 14-year-old boy building his own wind power generator in Malawi, Africa, to save the village's agricultural crisis.

The main character's father, Chiwetel Ejiofor, is the director and screenwriter.

The story is very simple, but the images of the land and culture of Malawi, Africa's poorest country, had an impact.

And I wanted children all over Japan to see it because there are countries in the world that are really suffering from poverty and to learn the meaning of studying without losing hope.

The future of Japan is dangerous if there are only children who say, "You should buy that!"

3 Idiots" [Impression]

A youth comedy movie set in an elite science university in India. When they were students, 10 years later, it progressed almost at the same time.

Speaking of India, Bollywood movies have that classic playful dance and song here and there.

And, as the original title says, the commotion that "three idiots" make is very interesting and smiling.

However, in the fun, it includes a message that sounds a horn to the competitive society of India and the high suicide rate of young people.

Also, there are many philosophical comments about the way of life, and if you think of it as a mere comedy, you will be surprised.

In that sense, the content was very profound, and I finished watching it for three hours without getting bored.

As I learned later, I had seen it once. Certainly I had a feeling of déjà vu, but I still enjoyed it, so I think it's real.

The Era of Rapid Change" Jim Rogers [Impression]

EE78F419-BABA-4A74-870C-00AF078E3C46.jpeg

I read the author's previous work, "The Era of Crisis," but I was curious about how the society, which is undergoing a major transformation due to the spread of the coronavirus, is viewed as a global investor, so I read it.

However, it was an honest impression that what he was saying had not changed so much.

Almost the same as his previous work, it is said that Russia and China can be expected in the future, and that Japan will decline as well as the United States and Europe.

In Japanese industry, if you dare to say, tourism and agriculture have a light.
He also said that Japan, which is declining in population, should accept immigrants and learn from Singapore instead of the United States.

Certainly, it turns out that the economy will not be revitalized if the labor force runs out as the population declines. Moreover, the Japanese consciousness of the island nation can be understood to be the same as that of the isolated country, so I was disappointed, but I thought it was correct.

In addition, there were some items that I could easily understand. Children should live in a place different from the environment in which they grew up with a view to the world, and it is important to study philosophy when thinking about things.

If possible, I would like to live in another country, but if my income is cut off, that is impossible. Reading the author's book when I was young might have changed my life, but it's already late.

In any case, what the author says is better to keep in the corner of your head.

[opinion]

35DE2FF8-BA58-47AC-80D3-67A21106F2C6.jpeg

What is the administrative function of Afghanistan?

I read the news that civil servants will not come to work when the Taliban launches a new provisional administration.

I think, "Well, that's right." For civil servants who have worked in a democratic system led by the United States, it feels like a coup d'etat where enemy troops suddenly came and hijacked the government.

The Taliban cannot operate Kabul Airport, so Turkey and Qatar seem to be helping, but there are many other things that cannot be done.

There are many fields that require specialized knowledge, such as tax collection, insurance / medical care, information technology, and construction / civil engineering.
If there are no specialists in the Taliban, there is no choice but to persuade these civil servants to hire them with high treatment.

In other words, incumbent civil servants may be required by the Taliban in the near future to "please return to work."

At that time, instead of responding individually, by organizing a union of civil servants and negotiating, it may be possible to lead to a democratic society as much as possible. (photo is an image:pixabay)

Toge" Ryotaro Shiba [Impression]

1E9658BE-7089-433E-9F86-D2C6913E24EB.jpeg

Previously, when I read "Yangmingism of Fire Yamada Hokokuden", I was interested in Kawai Tsugunosuke, who looked up to Yamada Hokoku as a teacher.

The reason is that I wanted to know more about what kind of person Kawai Tsugunosuke was, who is said to be a "human work of art" even though he was a defeated general without being on the side of the government.

The expression "artwork" may have something to do with the samurai that was shaped in the history of 300 years in Edo.

As the author himself mentioned in his postscript, "It would be Edo's Bushido ethics to think about how people behave beautifully."

That's right, the beauty of the way of life, the way of life that makes sense, etc. were well conveyed throughout the whole story, including the atmosphere at that time.

It's a pity, but despite being such a wonderful samurai, he just sought its beauty, and as a result, he lost the battle, died himself, and lost his clan.

It is a pity that Tsunenosuke himself knew that the feudal system would collapse and that business was important, including trade with foreign countries.

In fact, he read the last description of the Battle of Hokuetsu and found it very painful.
In fact, even if the tombstone of Tsunenosuke was built, there seems to be a fact that the clan people whipped and destroyed the tombstone.

There is no choice but to have both the back and the front because it is a real human society. Even more so if you are a defeated general.

However, if I had such a talent, I think that although there is no "if" in history, I would have survived and played an active part in the Meiji era.

It's a three-volume feature film, but I was so absorbed in it that I could read it all at once.

CARRIE PILBY" [Impression]

Carrie, a girl who skipped four years and entered Harvard University at the age of 14, and graduated at the age of 18.
Her IQ is exceptionally high, but she has no communication skills and no friends or boyfriend.

The story of running one by one the TODO list directed by her father's friend, the therapist, to make her happy.

The story was relatively simple and I could have predicted it to some extent, but it was funny that the leading actress played a girl who seemed to be poor at communication.

I also felt that the fact that there are specialists called therapists in Japan that you can't see unless you go to the clinic is unique to America, which is a stressful society.

And the stage is New York. For me, who has never been there, just watching the cityscape from Christmas to the end of the year was enough to enjoy.

Tokyo Paralympics closing [opinion]

DB0CE294-6B5C-43BD-B3D1-02196565B95F.jpeg

It seems that many people want to evaluate "Is success in favor?", Probably because it was postponed for a year and it was carried out without spectators due to the corona.

For those who value the balance and the sense of presence in the field, it will be a minus, and if the efforts of the players and related parties are important, it will be a success.

In other words, it differs from person to person depending on the position, so I think it is unavoidable to judge what the evaluation axis is not clear.

Personally, I've never seen parasports so seriously, and I was very impressed with the ingenuity and tactics in the face of disabilities.
In other words, I was impressed unexpectedly, so I'm glad that it was held.

And I think it is correct to judge success or failure depending on how the parasports environment will change in the future.

I think the result will be known at the Paris tournament three years later. (photo is an image:pixabay)

Romance Retreat" [Impression]

Retreat is the etymology of retreatment, and it is said that it is a way of spending time away from the land where you are accustomed to living and healing the mind and body tired from work and relationships. Is it a relocation therapy or a stay-type healing trip without sightseeing?

It's a yoga-themed retreat, so it's interesting for me as a yoga enthusiast, but the content included a lot of things like "I can't do it!".

Since it is a Canadian movie and the story is developed in a short screening time of 84 minutes, it is undeniable that it was made quite roughly, but after watching it, I felt refreshed.

This movie is recommended for those who like yoga and want to enjoy romance in a short time.

Swan Lake" Tokyo Ballet [Impression]

70EA10A1-BAEA-4DF3-83A5-55364AE52B3F.jpeg

For the first time, I saw the classic "Swan Lake", which is one of the classic ballet royal roads. Performed by the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra.
Choreographed by Russian choreographer Blumeister.

The three-hour performance, including breaks, is a wonderful word.
First of all, I was surprised at the high physical ability of each dancer. For those who have never experienced ballet, there is no posture that can be imitated even in one second. They pursue the beauty of human expression to the utmost limit. And the group dance that was not disturbed was also a sight to see.

Also, there was plenty to listen to the orchestra with the harp. I was a little surprised that not only the phrases that everyone knows, but also flamenco was played in the ball scene.

It was such a first experience, but this time I was able to understand very well that ballet is a comprehensive art.

At the last curtain call, the dancer's appearance was beautiful and it looked very good.
In addition, the conductor also goes up to the stage, so it is more brilliant and cool than other performing arts.

That is why I feel that I can understand how heavy the responsibility of the principal, who is the main character, is.

Prime Minister Suga does not run [Impression]

On the front page of the morning edition, "To the prime minister's elected horse" was posted, including the specific adjustment schedule.

However, in the daytime, it was reported that he did not run.

I was quite surprised at this.
I'm not sure if it was a misleading media outlet or a change of heart for the prime minister himself, but I'm sure he's confused.

It is understandable that the election of the LDP president is not the only story because the election for members of the House of Representatives is near. For lawmakers, who will be the president is a matter of life and death.

That said, it's effectively a matter of deciding on a national leader. If the people see that they are judged only by their likes and dislikes within the LDP, it is worrisome that they can be maintained as the ruling party.

On the other hand, if it is said that trust will shift to opposition parties nationwide, as in the case of the Mayor of Yokohama election, that is not the case.

No matter who becomes the leader, the situation is still tough, but at such times, I think we need someone who has a solid line.

What do you think of Kawai Tsugunosuke, the main character of the "pass" you are reading right now? By all means, I would like to ask. (The photo is an image: pixabay)

Accelerating history [opinion]

5AE6B91B-7683-4A0D-B91C-1B1136B14792.jpeg

I read an article in the newspaper by Jacques Attali, "Preparing for an accelerating history."

Atari said, "There is a law that what is considered to be very likely to happen happens much earlier than is generally expected."

Examples include the Taliban's suppression of Kabul, the reunification of Germany in the 1990s, the effects of climate change, and the spread of the new coronavirus.

And the reason is, "It has become difficult to control the people and leave contradictions."

I feel that the reason alone cannot explain it. However, I have to admit that there is a tendency in reality.

Atari points out that there may be similar situations not only in international affairs, but also in each person's surroundings.

For example, bankruptcies, quarrels, bereavements, catastrophes, and other undesired events often occur earlier than expected.
Therefore, it is necessary to "take the initiative" and "anticipate changes in the situation and respond swiftly."

In English, "Elephant in the room" is known to everyone, but it seems that the problem is too big to look at.

To prevent this from happening, the commandments that we need to respond swiftly to difficult problems, not only in social issues but also personally, at work and at home, are convincing.

However, human beings will want to escape if all the painful things continue.
For fun, I would like to think about the above commandments while actively trying. (Reference: 9/2 Nikkei Newspaper Global Opinion) (Photo is image: pixabay)

Fourth crisis [essay]

74088305-D68C-48BD-BEE6-864329B0D647.jpeg

There are three global crises now. One is the numerous disasters and changes caused by global warming, and the second is the new coronavirus. And pressure on the democratic system by Islamic fundamentalists and communist countries. These three are always the seeds of danger.

However, there is another one in Japan. It is a big earthquake. There is a danger of large earthquakes such as the Tokyo metropolitan area earthquake, Nankai earthquake, and Tokai earthquake, which are said to occur at any time.

With that in mind, we celebrated September 1st today. Newspaper articles don't cover Disaster Prevention Day very much. It's all about the establishment of the Digital Agency, the evacuation from Afghanistan, and the new coronavirus.

When faced with such various crises, we forget about big earthquakes, but nature does not take such things into consideration.
After all, it seems necessary to think about preparing for a big earthquake again today on Disaster Prevention Day. (photo is an image:pixabay)
