ブリタボトル型浄水器アクティブ Brita Bottled Water Purifier Active [Impression]
泌尿器科の先生から、「水を飲みすぎれば当然頻尿になる。テレビなどのメディアで無責任に『水は１日２リットル飲む必要がある』などと言っているが、本当に困ったものだ。」と言われた。
実は、私は通っているジムでH2（水素水）を月に1080円で飲み放題にしていた。専用のアルミボトルを使えば、ジムで飲んだ後に、自宅でもその水素水を飲むことが出来る。
そのため、ジムで最低でも500CC。ズンバやキックボクシングなどのスタジオに出れば、そこでも500CC。そして帰りに500CC。自宅や仕事場でもそれなりにお茶やコーヒーを飲んでいたので、かなりの水分をとっていた。
多分、それもあって冒頭のように頻尿気味だったのだろう。
そこで、ジムの水素水を8月末で解約した。そうすると、ジムでは不味い水道水を飲まなければならない。
そこで考え付いたのが、ブリタの浄水器。自宅でも使っているが、持ち運びができるボトル型浄水器があることを発見した。
そして、早速購入。これなら、水道水を浄水してくれるので、不味くはないはず。
また、旅行などの際、ペットボトルのミネラルウォーターを購入しなくても済むので、環境にも優しい。
ホテルの水は勿論のこと、場合によっては公園の水でも公衆便所の水でもOKなので、便利だし安上りである。
当然、フィルターの交換が必要であり、メーカーでは一月に1回の交換を推奨している。
しかし、よくマニュアルを読むと、「150リットルで交換」である。つまり、一日5リットルで30日という計算。流石にそんなに飲むことはないだろう。
毎日どのくらい、浄水するかを計測するのは面倒なので、とりあえず、3～4ヶ月使ってみて、水道水の味を感じたら、フィルターを変えようかと考えている。

I immediately purchased one. It purifies tap water, so it shouldn't taste bad.
Also, it is environmentally friendly because I don't have to buy bottled mineral water when I travel.
It is convenient and inexpensive, because I can use water from hotels, parks, and public toilets, as well as water from hotels.
Naturally, the filter needs to be replaced, and the manufacturer recommends replacing it once a month.
However, if I read the manual carefully, you will find that the filter should be replaced every 150 liters. In other words, 5 liters a day for 30 days. I don't think I will ever drink that much.
Since it is troublesome to measure how much water to purify every day, I am thinking of using the filter for 3-4 months, and if I feel the taste of tap water, I will change the filter.
