「イスラエル博物館所蔵 印象派・光の系譜 ーモネ、ルノワール、ゴッホ、ゴーガン」 "Israel Museum Collection: Impressionist / Light Genealogy-Mone, Renoir, Van Gogh, Gauguin"

東京駅から徒歩5分の三菱一号館美術館で開催中の展覧会。

昨年中に行きたかったが、コロナ禍で日時指定制度になっており、土日や祝日の予約が取れなかった。

そして、来週16日までしか開催されていないので、仕方なく平日の夕方に予約をとった。

訪れてみると、日時指定になっているはずなのに、入場者が多くて密が心配になった。

実はこの美術館、明治27年に建てられた丸の内初のオフィスビルである。それを解体して2010年に美術館として、再建されたのだ。

外壁は赤煉瓦で、内装もとても歴史を感じて雰囲気が良い。

その中で、印象派の巨匠の作品、しかも日本初展示の作品が多く出されていた。

中には、写真撮影が許されている作品も幾つかあり、それもとても嬉しかった。

個人的な感想としては、レッサー・ユリィの2作品、「冬のベルリン」と「夜のポツダム広場」がとても気に入った。

そこで、作品集を買って帰ったが、印刷された作品と本物との質感があまりにも違うことがよく分かった。

やはり、本物を見ないとならないことを悟った、良い機会であった。

An exhibition being held at the Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum, a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station.

I wanted to go there by the end of last year, but I couldn't make reservations for weekends and holidays due to the date and time designation system due to the corona.

And since it is only held until the 16th next week, I had no choice but to make a reservation on weekday evenings.

When I visited, I was worried about the density because there were many visitors even though the date and time were supposed to be specified.

In fact, this museum is Marunouchi's first office building built in 1897. It was dismantled and rebuilt as a museum in 2010.

The outer wall is made of red brick, and the interior is very historical and has a nice atmosphere.

Among them, many works by Impressionist masters and works exhibited for the first time in Japan were exhibited.

I was very happy that some of the works were allowed to be photographed.

Personally, I really like Lesser Ury's two works, "Winter Berlin" and "Potsdamer Platz at Night".

So I bought a collection of works and went home, but it became clear that the texture of the printed work and the real thing was too different.

After all, it was a good opportunity to realize that I had to see the real thing.
