デッサンに限らず絵は実物をよく見て描けと教えられる。それはもっともなことだと理解するが、家族以外の人を描くなら、モデルを頼まなければならないし、動物や植物も現地に行かないとならなくなる。
まあ、植物ならなんとかなるが、動物の場合は、止まっていてくれないので、例えよく慣れたペットでも描くのは困難だと思う。
そうなると、動物や植物、人間なのどは、やはり写真を見て描くのが、手っ取り早くなってしまう。
今回はみみずくの毛の質感に挑戦したが、やはり今ひとつ満足な質感には到達していない。
それでも、とにかく継続は力なりを信じて、描き続けてみるつもりだ。

This time, I tried the texture of the owl's hair, but I still haven't reached a satisfactory texture.
Even so, I will continue to draw, believing that continuation is power.
