金管五重奏の愉しみ 〜定番から隠れた名曲まで〜 The fun of brass quintet-from classic to hidden masterpieces- [Impression]
関内ホールで開催された馬車道コンサートの3回目。演奏は東京藝大音楽部の学生の皆さん。
トランペット2人、ホルン、トロンボーン、チューバが各1人という構成。学生といえども、さまざまなコンクールで優秀な成績を収めた経験があり、しかも教授推薦の学生さんばかりとの紹介があった。
素人の私には正確な評価など出来るわけないが、確かに演奏はとても素晴らしく、目を閉じて聞く限り学生らしさは微塵も見えなかった。
一方、曲の紹介などを学生さん達が変わるがわるしてくれたが、演奏と違ってとても初々しく、演奏とのギャップがあって、とても好感が持てた。
演奏曲は、下記のとおり。バーンスタインの舞踏組曲はアメリカの映画で使われていそうなジャズの雰囲気の曲。
また、ボザ作曲のソラチネはとても難しいのに、いとも簡単そうに演奏していた。やはり藝大生、その実力の片鱗を見せつけられた気がした。
気になったのは彼らの将来で、皆がオーケストラに就職したりして、プロの音楽家になるのか、音楽の先生などになるのか、それとも、違う仕事につくのか、その辺りを知りたいと思った。

The third Bashamichi concert held at Kannai Hall. The performance is by students of the Tokyo University of the Arts Music Club.
Two trumpets, one horn, one trombone, and one tuba. Even though they were students, they had excellent grades in various competitions, and they were introduced only to students recommended by the professor.
As an amateur, I can't give an accurate evaluation, but the performance was certainly wonderful, and as long as I closed my eyes and listened, I couldn't see any signs of studenthood.
On the other hand, the students changed the introduction of the songs, but unlike the performance, it was very innocent, and there was a gap with the performance, so I was very pleased with it.
The performance songs are as follows. Bernstein's Dance Suite is a jazz-like song that seems to be used in American movies.
Also, although Sorachine composed by Boza was very difficult, they played it very easily. After all, I felt that I was able to show off a glimpse of my ability as a college student.
I was curious about their future, and I wanted to know if everyone would get a job in an orchestra and become a professional musician, a music teacher, or a different job. thought.
