個人面談 Personal interview [essay]
以前から重要視しているのが、個人面談。どんな困りごとがあり、ごの方向に行こうとしているのか、などを聞くチャンスでもある。
結局、どんな結果につながるのかは、わからない。出来ないこともあるし、すぐに出来るものもある。
それより大事なことは、誰がどんな思いで仕事をしているのかなど、まずは人を知ることだと思う。
面談したけど、何一つ変えられないのでは、上司の意味が無い。少しでも共感したテーマは、改善できるように動きたい。(写真はイメージ画像:pixabay)
