なんとなく嘘くさいタイトルの本だが、「もっと早く読んでおきたかった」と後悔した。著者はマジシャンから心理学者になった異例の経歴をもつ。そして、真剣に運のいい人と悪い人の研究をつづけた結果、明らかに法則があることを見つけ出した。
そして、運のいい人の性格の傾向や運を鍛えるための４つの法則などを事例を交えて説明している。
最後にこの本を象徴するような言葉で締めくくる。これを知って実践していれば、億万長者になれていたかもしれないと思うと、冒頭の後悔の念に・・・？

The book has a somewhat false title, but I regretted that I had read it earlier.
The author has an unusual background as a magician-turned-psychologist. After serious study of lucky and unlucky people, he found that there is a clear law.
He explains, with examples, the personality traits of lucky people and the four laws for training luck.
He concludes with words that epitomize the book. If I had known and put this into practice, I could have become a millionaire, and I regret the beginning of the book...?
