アフガニスタン情勢 Afghanistan situation [opinion]
首都カブールが陥落したとの報道があった。反政府勢力のタリバンが勝利した。米軍が撤退を決めた段階で、見えていたシナリオだろう。
これにより、イスラム原理主義者が同国に集結しやすくなるとの報道もあり、益々緊迫度が高まることになる。
私自身、地球全体の危機は、①地球温暖化、②COVID19、③主義者の横行だと思っている。主義者の横行とは、言うまでもなく原理主義や共産主義など、民主的でない主義主張を持つ国や勢力が暴力や経済力等で、自分達の力を強引に拡大することだ。
今回、米軍が撤退したのは、アフガニスタン政府がやる気もなく、国内優先の考えがあったのだろう。確かに、本来の筋から言えば、国連など国際機関が中心になって取り組むことだろうが、実際の資金や手足を動かすのは、各国頼みになるのは仕方がない。
素人考えだが、大きな痛手が生じる前に、武器や燃料などの流通や経済対策など、ほかの手段で行き過ぎだ行動を封じ込めるしかないのではないか。(写真はイメージ画像:pixabay)

It is reported that this will make it easier for Islamic fundamentalists to gather in the country, and the degree of urgency will increase.
I personally think that the global crisis is (1) global warming, (2) COVID19, and (3) rampant scholars. Needless to say, the rampant of the scholars is that the nations and powers that have non-democratic claims such as fundamentalism and communism forcibly expand their powers by violence and economic power.
The reason why the US military withdrew this time is probably that the Afghan government was unmotivated and had a domestic priority. Certainly, from the original source, international organizations such as the United Nations will play a central role in the efforts, but it is unavoidable to rely on each country to move the actual funds and limbs.
It's an amateur's idea, but before it causes a big hurt, I think there is no choice but to contain excessive behavior by other means such as distribution of weapons and fuel and economic measures. (photo is an image:pixabay)
