期待どおりの大阪中之島美術館 Osaka Nakanoshima Art Museum as expected

昨年2月に開館したこの美術館にいつか行こうと決めていた。

今回、大阪旅行を決めた要因の大きな部分を占める場所でもある。

外観の素晴らしさだけでなく、屋内空間のダイナミックさ、そして勿論、展示室の動線などもなかなか考え尽くされている。

と思うが、具体的にどこが素晴らしいかと説明できるわけではなく、素人なりの単なる感想である。

今回の展示会は「大阪の日本画」がテーマであったが、日本画の人物画、特に女性の描かれ方にとても色気があることを今回初めて感じた。

とても良い時間を過ごすことが出来たので、もし大阪に来ることがあれば、次回も是非立ち寄りたい場所になった。

I had decided to visit this museum, which opened last February, someday.

It was also a major factor in my decision to travel to Osaka this time.

Not only is the exterior of the museum stunning, but the interior space is dynamic and, of course, the flow lines of the exhibition rooms have been well thought out.

I think it is a great place to visit, but I cannot explain exactly what is so great about it, just my layman's impression.

The theme of this year's exhibition was "Japanese Paintings in Osaka," and for the first time, I felt that Japanese paintings of people, especially women, were very sexy.

I had a very good time, and if I ever come to Osaka, this is definitely a place I would like to stop by next time.
