「近代建築を超えて」海外建築視察回顧展 "Beyond Modern Architecture" Overseas Architecture Inspection Retrospective Exhibition

横浜山手の山手イタリア山庭園内のブラフ18番館ホールで開催されている標記写真展を見に行った。

日本建築学会神奈川支所の企画展である。韓国、ネパール、インド、フランス、チベット、中国、ドイツ、オランダの視察旅行で近代建築を解釈して今後求められる建築を考える企画だという。

流石に建築の先生方の視察なため、視点が面白い。歴史、風土は勿論のこと、死生観、集住の有り様、環境対策、ツーリズムなど多様な課題に向き合いながら建築を見ているようだ。

全部で50枚くらいのパネル展示だが、写真もプロのカメラマンが撮っているかのような腕前だし、解説もしっかりしていて、なかなか完成度が高い内容だった。

I went to see the title photo exhibition held at Bluff No. 18 Hall in the Yamate Italian Garden in Yamate, Yokohama.

This is a special exhibition of the Kanagawa branch of the Architectural Institute of Japan. It is said that it is a plan to interpret modern architecture on a tour of South Korea, Nepal, India, France, Tibet, China, Germany, and the Netherlands and think about the architecture that will be required in the future.

The viewpoint is interesting because it is an inspection of architecture teachers. It seems that he is looking at architecture while facing various issues such as history and climate, as well as the view of life and death, the state of living, environmental measures, and tourism.

There are about 50 panels on display in total, but the photographs are skillful as if they were taken by a professional cameraman, and the explanations are solid, so the content is quite complete.
