ロシアがウクライナへ侵攻 Russia invades Ukraine

とうとうロシアがウクライナに侵攻した。
ウクライナや米国の大統領などは、確かなその危険性が高いことを盛んにPRしていた。

しかし、日本のロシア通の識者の見解は、「そんな暴挙に出るはずがない」という論調だったので、自分もそう思い込んでいた。

プーチン大統領が、どのようなシナリオを描いているのか分からない。ウクライナが親ロシア政府になれば良いとは思っているだろうが、今すぐにそうはならないはずだ。

そうなると、プーチン大統領は、落としどころをどう考えているのだろう。

一方、ウクライナをはじめ、米国やNATO加盟国、そして日本などは、ロシアに対して、それぞれの出来る最大の強烈なパンチを打ち返さないとならない。

確かに武力衝突はダメだとは思うが、甘く見られると、他の強権国家も同様の行動を起こしやすくなり、第三次世界大戦という最悪な流れになりかねない。

各国は、ロシアの人民に対して、プーチンの判断が間違っていることを正確に伝え、ロシア政府内部からプーチンを崩さないとならないが、それも時間がかかる。

Countries have to tell the Russian people exactly that Putin's judgment is wrong and have to destroy Putin from within the Russian government, but that also takes time.
