菊姫にごり酒 Kikuhime Nigori Sake

金沢の酒屋さんに見繕って送ってもらったお酒。
新酒の最初に絞られるものなので、年末年始にかけて飲もうと思い最初に栓を開けた。

これまでにごり酒は、甘酒に近いイメージがあり、かなり甘いと思っていたが、それほどは甘くもなく、かといって酸味も少なく、とても飲みやすかった。

これなら、お酒に慣れていない人でも、カクテルのような感じで飲めるかもしれない。

場合によっては、炭酸水などで割るとさらに飲みやすくなるだろう。

どの銘柄とは指定しないで、注文したけれど、なかなか良い酒を選んでくれたお店に感謝したい。

Since it is the first to be squeezed for new sake, I opened the stopper first when I was thinking of drinking it during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Up until now, I had an image of amazake, and I thought it was quite sweet, but it wasn't that sweet, but it had less sourness, and it was very easy to drink.

In this case, even people who are not accustomed to drinking may be able to drink it like a cocktail.

In some cases, it may be easier to drink if you divide it with carbonated water.
