オミクロン株、あたふたしても仕方ない？ Omicron strain, can't it be helped?

急に浮上してきた「オミクロン株」。日本にも渡航してきたナミビア人外交官が感染していることがわかった。

そして、とても感染力が強そうだという報道もされている。
政府では、感染力について「強い」とは言っていないようだが、水際対策を強化しているので、当然、それを心配していると想像出来る。

では、私達はどうすべきなのか？もしかしたら、空気感染するのか？
そうした情報がないので、どうすべきなのか、全く判断出来ない。

また、重症度合いについても、私が知る限りでは、どの国からも報告されていない。

勿論、まだ、明確な症状などが見えていないからだろう。

だから、私達は心配するだけで、何もアクションを変えられないのだ。

The "Omicron strain" that has suddenly emerged. A Namibian diplomat who had also traveled to Japan was found to be infected.

And it is reported that it seems to be very infectious.
The government does not seem to say that it is "strong" in terms of infectivity, but since it is strengthening border measures, it can be imagined that it is of course worried.

So what should we do? Maybe it's an airborne infection?
Since there is no such information, I cannot judge what to do at all.

Also, as far as I know, no country has reported the severity of the disease.

Of course, this is probably because no clear symptoms have been seen yet.

So we just worry and we can't change any action.
