しかし、結果は3:0で日本の完敗。メキシコオリンピックの時のリベンジマッチになってしまった。

そして、一番気になっていた400メートルリレー。
こちらは、何とバトンが繋がらないというアクシデント。

今日は、落胆の日だった。

考えてみると、自分が真剣に応援する試合はいつも負けてしまう気がする。高校野球もそうだ。

だから、高校野球は出来るだけ試合中継を見ずに結果だけを確認するようにしてきた。

しかし、今年の高校野球も選手のコロナウィルス感染で途中棄権となった。

いずれにしても、このつまらないジンクスを覆す日が来て欲しい。
