人事の本というのは珍しい。しかも戦略人事と銘打っているので、興味を持った。
読後、人事は、まさに経営の中枢であることがわかった。そして、とても重要なことだと認識もした。
中でも、興味深かったのは、「人間ほど生産性が飛躍的に向上する経営資源はない。言葉をかけ、ハートに訴えれば、多くの人はやる気をだす。」
「人間が最も成長するのは、失敗した時だ。自分なりに足りないものがわかった時に、一皮むける。」
ということ。
あ〜、確かに！と思った。
これは、もしかしたら、部下や後輩と飲んだ時に使えそうなワードなので、とっておきたい。
人事の担当者だけでなく、多くのマネージャーにも参考になりそうな本だ。
