今日、自家用車をカーディーラーに持って行き、廃車の手続きを行った。12年乗って約4万kmなので、ちょっと勿体ないとは思ったが、転職して給料も下がったし、駐車場代も勿体ないので、潔く手放すことにした。
そうなると、買い物もジムも実家に行くのもバス利用がメインになる。バスは、時間通りに来ないが、バス停が目の前にあるのは、大きな利点ではあるので、今まで以上に曜日や時間帯、天候によるバスの遅れがどうなのか、情報を蓄積することになりそうだ。また、重たい牛乳やビールなどは配達が前提になりそうだ。コロナウィルスだけでなく、我が家は新しい生活様式にシフトすることになる。
