年忘れ財布も忘れケーキなし98 No cake at the end of the year when I forget my wallet.

いきなりサラリーマン川柳のようで申し訳ないが、情けない話なので、こんな川柳になった。

昨日、ジムに行く際に、「クリスマスケーキを買ってくるね〜！」と勇んで言って出かけたのに、途中で財布もカードも忘れていることに気づいた。

家族に申し訳ないので、帰宅後、改めて近くのスーパーに行ってみたが、ケーキを売っておらず、残念ながら昨晩はケーキなしとなった。

あれだけ「まかしておけ！」オーラで話していたのに、かなり情けない。

一年中の悪いことを忘れるのが、年忘れの意味だが、今回改めて悪いことが発生した。

もしかしたら、自分の歳を忘れて、確認しなかったのが災いしたのか？

昨日は、朝は自分の睡眠時間の長さに「若い！」と思っていたのに、夕方には「もう若くないのか？」と沈んだ一日となった。
