「トップガン マーヴェリック」"Top Gun Maverick"

この映画は前評判が高かったので、どうしても観たくなり、実際に映画館まで足を運んで観ることにした。とても久しぶりだ。

そして、とても満足出来た。何故なら、自宅で観る映画とは比べものにならないほど、迫力と臨場感を体感出来たからだ。

TOHOシネマズ新宿で採用しているＤｏｌｂｙ－ＡＴＭＯＳというサウンドシステムだ。通常料金より少しだけ高くなるが、映画館でみる価値を十分に感じた。

特にこの映画は、戦闘機が飛ぶシーンが多く音楽も欠かせない。音響がとても意味を持つからだ。

さて、トム・クルーズが扮する主人公のマーヴェリックは、現役にこだわり昇進も拒んで来た伝説のパイロット。

しかし、今回は教官として、トップガンに戻ることになる。それを推薦したのが、前作でライバルだったアイスマン。彼は海軍大将に昇格していて、権限を持っていた。

そして、トップガンでは、とても厳しい任務を遂行するために、精鋭パイロット達を鍛えることになる。

しかし、彼らより57歳となった今でも、マーヴェリックは若者達に負けていなかった。実は私が一番感動したのがそこだった。

当然のことながら、手に汗握る展開が続く。特に戦闘機が飛ぶシーンは身体が硬くなる。

余計な部分は省略して、観客が観たい部分をすぐに見せる展開は流石アメリカの娯楽映画だと感心した。

マーヴェリックの代名詞であったカワサキ製のバイクも健在だったし、女性とのシーンもあり、前作を観ていなくても楽しめるように工夫されていたことは素晴らしい。
　
実は、後で調べたことだが、映画の中だけでなく、撮影現場でもトム・クルーズは俳優として若い役者に色々と教えるようなことがあったらしい。

やはりトム・クルーズのための映画だった。

By the way, Maverick, the main character played by Tom Cruise, is a legendary pilot who has been particular about active duty and refused to be promoted.

However, he will return to Top Gun this time as an instructor. It was recommended by Iceman, who was a rival in his previous work. He had been promoted to Admiral and had authority.

And with Top Gun, you'll train elite pilots to perform very demanding missions.

However, even now, 57 years old, Maverick was not defeated by the young people. Actually, that was where I was most impressed.

Unsurprisingly, the development that is sweating in his hands continues. Especially in the scene where a fighter flies, the body becomes stiff.

I was impressed by the fact that the development of showing the part that the audience wants to see immediately, omitting the unnecessary part, is an American entertainment movie.

The Kawasaki bike, which was synonymous with Maverick, was still alive, and there was a scene with a woman, so it was wonderful that it was devised so that it could be enjoyed without watching the previous work.
