泥沼化したウクライナ侵攻における２つの驚き Two surprises in the swamped invasion of Ukraine

昨日の報道で、私が大変驚いたことが２つあった。一つは、ロシア軍がウクライナ首都のキーウ近郊の町ブチャで民間人410人以上を虐殺していたこと。もう一つはウクライナ軍がそれに関与した約1600人のロシア軍兵士の名簿を公表したことだ。
 
まず、一つ目の虐殺の件についてだが、当然のことながらロシアの国連大使は否定していたが、それは嘘だと思う。
私は、むしろ軍としての指令で行ったことなのか、それとも特定の部隊あるいは兵士が行ったことなのかが分からない。つまり完全に統制が取れている軍隊の仕業かそうでないかだ。まさか、軍としての指令で行ったことだとは思えないので、統制のとれない不良兵士らが遊び半分でやったことだと思っている。
 
ただ、その後の報道で、徐々に真相が明らかになりつつあり、もしかしたら軍としての指令があったかもしれないようだ。これだとトップも含めた司令官らの戦争犯罪だと言わざるを得ない。
 
もう一つは、ウクライナ軍がロシア軍の名簿をどうやって入手し、関与したものが誰かを特定できたのかだ。これについては、スパイなどによる入手なのか、あるいはインターネットなどのハッキングで盗んだものかが分からない。
 
でも、これはロシア兵にとっては、とても怖いことだと思う。ウクライナ軍は、「裁判にかけるため」と言っているが、虐殺されたウクライナの人々の家族の中には、「必ず復習する」と考える人がいるはずだ。仮に戦争が終わっても、その恐怖は消えない。
 
それを見越したかのように、ブチャに派遣された部隊は、東部のドネツク州やルハンツク州に再配置されるとのことだ。それは「口封じ」の狙いがあるとも言われている。つまり、ロシア軍としては、この部隊の連中に対し、「潔く死んで来い」と言っているようなものだ。この部隊の兵士にとっては、生き残っても地獄、死んでも地獄という選択しかなくなったのだ。
 
そうした意味で、まさに泥沼化している。そして、当面というかほぼ永遠に関係した人々の気持ちの中で戦争は続いていくことになると思った。まずは、戦闘をとめるために、プーチンと戦争犯罪人をロシア国民自らが、権力の座から降ろさないと何も始まらない。(写真はイメージ画像:pixabay)

The other is how the Ukrainian army could obtain a list of Russian troops and identify who was involved. I don't know if this was obtained by a spy or stolen by hacking the Internet.

But I think this is very scary for Russian soldiers. Ukrainian troops say "to bring it to trial," but some of the families of the slaughtered Ukrainians must think "must review." Even if the war is over, the fear will not disappear.

As if in anticipation of that, the troops dispatched to Bucha will be relocated to the eastern states of Donetsk and Luhuntsk. It is also said that it has the aim of "sealing the mouth". In other words, the Russian army is like telling the members of this unit, "Come cleanly." For the soldiers of this unit, they had no choice but to survive or die, or hell.

In that sense, it's just getting bogged down. And I thought that the war would continue in the feelings of those who were involved almost forever for the time being.
