今回は、続編を含めた2作品のコメント。アメリカのコメディ。サンドラ・ブロック演じる男勝りのFBI捜査官が、主人公。
最初の作品では、彼女がミス・アメリカのコンテストの参加者となり、侵入捜査するという物語。
歩き方から、所作全体を修正されて、徐々にミスらしくなっていく姿が面白い。
そして、馬鹿にしていたミスコンテストに対して、素晴らしいものだと、彼女自身が変わっていく。
最後には、仕事も成功し、恋愛も成就するので、面白くて安心感があった。
2作目は、一躍有名になった主人公が、誘拐された友人であるミス・アメリカを助ける物語。
新しい登場人物とのやり取りも面白い。さらに、変装シーンもあり、サンドラ・ブロックの素晴らしいところが、前面に出ている。
最後は、恋愛ではなく、友情で終わるところもよく考えられていた。
いずれもサンドラ自身が制作に関わっている。

In her first work, she becomes a participant in a Miss America contest and investigates an invasion.
