「A I×人口減少」中原圭介 " AI x population decline '' Keisuke Nakahara [感想文]
これからの世の中は、どうなっていくのだろう？と漠然と考えていた時に、目に付いたのがこのタイトル。
概ね、自分が思っていたことに近いことが書かれていたが、自分にとっては、考え方の整理になった。
少子化については、抜本的な特効薬はないものの、著者が推薦する工作機械メーカーのコマツや長野県の取り組みは、納得させられた。
そして、最後に、AI社会とどう向き合うべきかという章の中で、今後重要となる能力があるという。それは、主体性、行動力などの「人間的資質」や「企画発想力・創造力」、さらにコミュニケーション能力などの「対人関係能力」だ。
いずれはAIもこうした能力を身につける時が来るとは思うが、それまでの間、AIに仕事を奪われないためには、これらの能力が必要なのは、納得出来る。若い世代には、このことをよく伝えておかないとならないと思った。
What will happen in the future? When I was thinking vaguely, this title came to my attention.
Generally, it was written that it was close to what I thought, but for me, it was a sort of thinking.
Regarding the declining birthrate, although there is no drastic silver bullet, the author's recommendation of Komatsu and Nagano Prefecture's efforts on machine tool makers was convinced.
And finally, in the chapter on how to deal with the AI society, there are capabilities that will be important in the future. These are "human qualities" such as independence and action, "planning and creativity", and "interpersonal skills" such as communication skills.
I think the time will come for AI to acquire these abilities, but in the meantime, it is convinced that these abilities are needed so that AI can keep their jobs.
I thought I had to tell the young generation about this.
