以前は、2万歩歩いてもそれほどきついとは思わなかったが、ここ1〜2年はかなり堪える。
高校生の時に登山部だったのだが、夏山の縦走で30Kg近いザックを一週間背負っていて、ようやく家に帰ってきた時のような疲れようだ。
毎日のように筋トレや有酸素運動をしていても、体力を維持できていないのだろうか? それともそれがよくないのか?
本当はきちんとストレッチすれば良いのだろうが、それも疲れすぎていて出来ない。
いずれにしても、疲れたら早く眠って回復させるしかない。
In the past, walking 20,000 steps did not seem so hard, but for the past year or two, it has been quite bearable.
I was a member of a mountaineering club when I was in high school, and I feel as tired as when I finally returned home after a week of carrying a 30 kg backpack on my back during a summer mountain trek.
Am I not maintaining my fitness even though I do strength training and aerobic exercise every day? Or is that not a good thing?
I guess I should really stretch properly, but I'm too tired to do that too.
In any case, the only way to recover is to sleep quickly when you are tired.
