横浜で初雪 First snow in Yokohama [essay]
関東で最初に雪が降ったのが、横浜とは、少し驚いた。太平洋に面していて、関東北部などより少しは暖かいと思っていたからだ。
今日は寒くなるとの予想だったので、コートの内側のライナーをつけて通勤したが、雪には全く気づかなかった。
これからどんどん寒くなるのだろう。気候変動が心配なだけに平年通りの寒さはかえってありがたく感じてしまう今日この頃だ。(写真はイメージ画像:pixabay)
I was a little surprised that it snowed first in Kanto with Yokohama. It faces the Pacific Ocean and I thought it was a little warmer than in the northeastern part of Kanto.
I expected it to be cold today, so I commute with the liner inside the coat, but I didn't notice the snow at all.
It will get colder and colder from now on. Nowadays, I feel grateful for the cold as usual because I am worried about climate change. (The picture is an image image: pixabay)
