「田中角栄 上司の心得」小林吉弥 [Impression]
随分以前に発行された古い本かと思ったが、今年1月に発行されたものだった。
何故、今、田中角栄なのか？という疑問を持ったために読んでみた。
コロナ後を見据えて、上司の心得を磨き直すためと、まえがきに書かれていたが、あまり関係ないはずだ。
ただ、人間関係が希薄になりつつある中で、改めて「人心掌握術の天才」「人間学博士」と呼ばれた田中角栄氏のことを知ることは、確かに意味があるのかもしれない。
著者は政治評論家として、田中氏が亡くなるまで、24年間も取材した実績を持つ。
さらにその後も関係した人々に取材を続けた稀な評論家だ。
そして、自分が特に感銘を受けたのは、①田中さんは、部下に花を持たせる達人だったこと。②「世の中は白と黒ばかりではない。真理は常に中間にあり」という言葉。③交渉の事前調査で問われる、「数字と歴史」の掌握力。④理想の交渉カードは3枚。⑤「信望」は、些細な中で生まれると知る。などだ。
さらに、伝説的な名演説は、「角栄節」として知られているが、それには5カ条があったことは、参考になる。
私は、田中角栄という人をあまりよく知らなかったことが、この本を読んで分かった。
こんなに素直で偉ぶらない政治家は、今の日本にいるのだろうか？

I thought it was an old book published a long time ago, but it was published in January this year.
Why is Kakuei Tanaka now? I read it because I had a question.
It was written in the preface to rehabilitate his boss's knowledge, looking after Corona, but it shouldn't have much to do with it.
However, it may be meaningful to know Mr. Kakuei Tanaka, who was once again called "a genius of human mind grasping" and "a doctor of anthropology" while human relations are becoming weaker.
As a political critic, the author has a track record of interviewing for 24 years until Mr. Tanaka died.
He is also a rare critic who continued to interview the people involved.
And what impressed me especially was (1) Mr. Tanaka was a master who gave his subordinates flowers. (2) The words "The world is not only black and white. The truth is always in the middle." (3) The ability to grasp "numbers and history" that is asked in the preliminary survey of negotiations. ④ The ideal negotiation card is 3 cards. ⑤ Know that "trust" is born in a trivial matter. And so on.
In addition, the legendary speech, known as "Kakuei Tanaka," has five articles, which is helpful.
I read this book and found that I didn't know a person named Kakuei Tanaka very well.
Is there such a straightforward and not great politician in Japan today?
