オンライン会議 Online meeting

緊急事態宣言が解除される直前の今日、オンライン会議に参加した。すでに3度目となるので、自分も慣れて来ている。

たまに参加者の家族が帰ってきて、「ただいま〜」なんて声が聞こえたりしたが、概ね順調に進む。

自分自身も発言しない時はミュートにし、意見に賛成の時には、「挙手」マークをつけるなどが出来るようになった。

背景を変えることもできるようで、何人かは独自の背景の壁紙を使っていた。

会議に集まる際の、雑談などは大事なコミュニケーションだが、ドライに進めたい会議などは、むしろオンライン会議の方が、良いかもしれない。

今後、必ずしもリアルに集まらなくても、済むので、使い分けの考え方が課題になりそうだ。(写真はイメージ画像:pixabay)

It seems that the background can be changed, and some used their own background wallpaper.

Chatting is important communication when gathering at a meeting, but for meetings that you want to proceed dry, online meetings may be better.
