熱海山口美術館 Atami Yamaguchi Museum [Impression]
熱海駅の観光案内所で行き方を聞いたら、200円引になるパンフレットを頂いた。
建物は、マンションの一角で、外壁がソーラーパネルで囲まれている。
そして、裏の壁に沢山のイルカ。
これは、今年3月末まで文化庁長官を務めた宮田亮平氏の作品。
入り口には岡本太郎作の河童が鎮座している。
建物の作りはマンションを改装したために、美術館らしくはないが、展示されている作品は一流の作家のものばかりで、とても驚いた。
しかも、陶器、彫刻、日本画、西洋画など分野も幅広い。
9つの展示室と屋外展示室を見終わった後には、マグカップの絵付け体験が出来、その間ワンドリンク頂けた。
つまり、1400円の入場料から200円割引になり、ワンドリンク400円と絵付け体験が、その料金内に含まれているのだ。
思いもよらず、旅のお土産になったマグカップを手に、スタッフに「儲からないのでは？」と聞いたら、「理事長の思いなんです！」と笑いながら答えてくれた。

Moreover, there are a wide range of fields such as pottery, sculpture, Japanese painting, and Western painting.
After seeing the 9 exhibition rooms and the outdoor exhibition room, I had a mug painting experience and had a drink during that time.
In other words, the admission fee of 1400 yen is discounted by 200 yen, and one drink of 400 yen and the painting experience are included in the price.
