「わが天幕焚き火人生」椎名 誠 "My tent & bonfire life" Makoto Shiina

この著者のエッセイは、読み慣れていたようで、実は本になっているものを読んだのは、この本が初めてだった。

以前、私は雑誌の連載などで、彼の文章に慣れていたので、相変わらずの、気楽な文体に安心した。

タイトルのように、テントと焚き火のことも少しは触れているが、どちらかと言えば、いろんなテーマがあって、むしろ面白かった。

特に、マゼラン海峡航海記は、写真付きでもあり、迫力がある内容で、羨ましいと感じた。

また、「お掃除ロボット『ルンバ』に恋して」と題したエッセイは、ルンバを人妻に例えており、声を出して笑ってしまった。

いずれにしても、遊びが仕事になっているのか、肩に力が入っておらず、とても羨ましい人だと思う。

The author's essay seems to be familiar to me, and this is the first time I've read what is actually a book.

I used to be accustomed to his writing in serials in magazines, so I was relieved to have the same easy-going style.

Like the title, I touched on tents and bonfires a little, but if anything, there were various themes and it was rather interesting.

Also, the essay entitled "In Love with the Cleaning Robot'Roomba'" likened Roomba to her married woman, and I laughed aloud.
