図解 地政学入門 高橋洋一 Illustration Introduction to Geopolitics Yoichi Takahashi [感想文]
前回、「地政学」に関する本を読んだので、この言葉が気になっていた。
この著者によると、地政学とは、「世界の戦争の歴史を知ること」という。地理的な条件によって、危機意識や戦略思考などがどう変わるかなどを知ることが大事だとも言う。
本の構成は、中学高校の世界史の教科書から戦争の話題を抜いたもので、それぞれのテーマごとに記載されている。
そのため、サブタイトルにある「世界のニュースがわかる！」は、嘘でないことが分かる。
最後に、日本のことが書かれている。集団的自衛権の意味や、「引いたら押されるのが、国際政治の常識」という簡単な理屈も、とても分かりやすい。
最近の中国やロシアの動きなども紹介がある。こうした国の歴史的、地理的な背景が分かると、世界のニュースは、もっと興味を持って確認したくなる。
そんな事を思わせる本であった。

Therefore, it can be seen that "I understand the world news!" In the subtitle is not a lie.
Finally, it describes Japan. The meaning of the right to collective self-defense and the simple rationale that "pulling down is the common sense of international politics" is very easy to understand.
Recent movements in China and Russia are also introduced. Knowing the historical and geographic background of these countries, the world news will be more interesting to check.
