ワクチン接種第一回目 First vaccination [essay]
集団接種会場でのワクチン接種を終えた。今年初めには、秋頃だろうと思っていたので、思いの外、早かったと思っている。
集団接種会場は、大きな体育館で、床一面をシートで養生していた。そして、人の流れのルートがしっかりと組まれていた。
さらに、沢山の案内係がいて、迷うことない。まるで、統一地方選挙の投票所のようだ。
接種の流れは次の通り。
①予約した時間毎(15分単位)にソーシャルディスタンスを保った椅子で待機
②接種券と運転免許証などによる本人確認
③医師による予診。私の場合は、お薬手帳により、基礎疾患が本当かどうかをチェックされた
④看護師による注射
⑤15分の待機
以上が接種の流れだ。
会場には15時13分に到着し、33分には出ることが出来た。したがって、待機時間を入れて正味20分しか要していない。つまり、かなり要領よく進められていたのだ。
接種後は、激しい運動を控える方が良いとのことなので、事前にジムでの筋トレを済ませた。だから、その後は、買い物などの雑用をして過ごした。
そして、接種後4時間経った今現在、全く痛みも頭痛も倦怠感もない。だから、アルコールは遠慮なく頂くことにした。
いずれにしても、あっけないワクチン接種だが、自分にとっては、大きな一歩だ。(写真はイメージ画像:pixabay)
Completed vaccination at the mass vaccination site. Earlier this year, I thought it would be around autumn, so I think it was unexpectedly early.
The mass inoculation venue was a large gymnasium, and the entire floor was covered with sheets. And the route of the flow of people was firmly established.
In addition, there are many ushers so you don't get lost. It's like a polling place for the Unified Local Elections.
The flow of inoculation is as follows.
① Wait in a chair that maintains social distance every reserved time (15 minutes)
② Identity verification with inoculation ticket and driver's license
③ Preliminary examination by a doctor. In my case, my medication notebook checked if the underlying illness was true.
④ Injection by a nurse
⑤ Wait for 15 minutes
The above is the flow of inoculation.
I arrived at the venue at 15:13 and was able to leave at 33 minutes. Therefore, it only takes a net 20 minutes including the waiting time. In other words, it was proceeding fairly well.
After the inoculation, it is better to refrain from strenuous exercise, so I completed muscle training at the gym in advance. So, after that, I spent time doing chores such as shopping.
And now, four hours after the inoculation, I have no pain, headache, or fatigue. Therefore, I decided to get alcohol without hesitation.
