新潟・佐渡の酒「真野鶴 純米吟醸」Sake from Niigata / Sado "Manotsuru Junmai Ginjo"

転職の記念に自分で買った佐渡のお酒。来月からは、金曜日以外の平日には、晩酌をしないつもりなので、最後の贅沢だ。
今は、コビット19で大変な状況のイタリア・ミラノの酒チャレンジというイベントで金賞を受賞している。
確かにイタリアンに合う果物のような芳醇でジューシーな甘味を感じる。
とはいえ、ワインとは異なり、キレのある辛口の日本酒だとも感じる。普段なら、一気に飲んでしまうが、今回は味わいながら、ゆっくり飲んだので、2日に渡って楽しむつもりだ。

Sado sake bought by myself to commemorate my job change. From next month, it will be the last luxury, because I will not have a drink on weekdays other than Friday.
It has now won a gold prize at Covit 19 for a challenge in Sake Challenge in Milan, Italy.
Certainly, it has a rich, juicy sweetness like a fruit that goes well with Italians.
However, unlike wine, it also feels like sharp, dry sake.
I usually drink at a stretch, but this time I drank slowly while tasting, so I will enjoy it for two days.
