成功した会社や経営者の本などは沢山あるが、失敗した例ばかり掲載された本は珍しい。
潰れた会社というのは、何か共通する事柄があるのだろうか？という疑問から、この本を読み進めた。
著者は帝国データバンクで数々の倒産事例などを実際に見てきた人だ。会社も実名なので、非常に説得力がある。
わかったことは、潰れる会社には、一定の法則があるということ。物凄く簡単に言えば、経営環境の変化を的確に捉えて、身の丈にあった、しかも必要な対応をするということ。
文字に書けば簡単なことだ。しかし、多くの会社が潰れるということは、実際の経営はそんなに簡単なことではないということ。
経営者が、何かにとらわれたり、こだわったり、見落としたり、甘かったり、いろいろ原因はあるが、リスク要因に対して、タイミングよく、しかも、適切な対応策を講じないとならない。
ここまで書いても、やはり、当たり前のことのような気がする。
つまり、その当たり前のことをずっとやり続けることが、会社を存続させるということで、いつもどんな時も気が抜けないのが、経営者だということを理解出来た。そのことが、この本を読んだ最大の収穫だった。

The author has actually seen numerous bankruptcy cases at the Imperial Data Bank. Since the company is also a real name, it is very convincing.
What we find is that a company that collapses has certain laws. To put it simply, simply grasp the changes in the business environment and take the necessary and appropriate measures.
It's easy to write in letters. However, the fact that many companies are crushed means that actual management is not so easy.
There are various causes for management to be stuck, stuck, overlooked, and sweet, but they must take timely and appropriate countermeasures for risk factors.
Even after writing so far, it still feels natural.
In other words, I understood that keeping the company alive is a thing that keeps doing the obvious things all the time. That was the biggest harvest of reading this book.
