仕事用の靴、つまりスーツを着る場合の靴はずっとリーガルを使っている。買う場合には割高な感じもあるが、何度も靴底を張り替えていると、結果的には徳なような気もしているからだ。本当は、安い靴を履き潰した方が、コストは低いというシミュレーションもあるが、それは気にしない。
今回も靴底を張り替えてもらう依頼をしたが、何と最高で2万円を超えるかもしれないとのこと。しかも、修理に2ヶ月かかるかも？とのことだ。
そんなに待たなくても、少しお金を出せば、新品が買えるのだが、履き慣れた靴が、新品に見えるほど綺麗になるので、その価値はプライスレスと言うしかない。
