スピーチが上手い人 People who speak well

新年は、仕事始めや賀詞交換会などの場で、人のスピーチを聞くことが多くなる。
そんな中、いつも感じることがある。その要点をまとめると、3つだと思う。
一つは、準備だ。上手なスピーカーは、多分、年末年始の間に、しっかりと話したいことをストーリー立てて、考え準備をしていたことが想像出来る。
次に、場つなぎ音がないこと。つまり、「え〜と」や「あの〜」などという、話の間に入るあれだ。これが頻繁に入ると、途端に聞きづらくなる。
最後に、本気度だ。話の内容が、心から、その人が言いたいことなのかどうかだ。熱意と言っても良い。
この3つが揃っていると、説得力もあり、うまいもんだなぁ〜！と感心してしまう。
自分のことはさておいての話で、とても恐縮だが、新年ということもあり、許して欲しい。

In the new year, people often hear speeches at the beginning of work or at the New Year's Celebration.

Finally, seriousness. Whether the story is really what he wants to say. It can be called enthusiasm.
If you have these three, it's very persuasive and good! I will be impressed.
