静岡のV.S.O.P. Shizuoka V.S.O.P.

ブランデーではなく、うなぎパイのV.S.O.P.だそうだ。
興味本位で、自宅用に買ってみたが、確かにすごい。ブランデーの香りがして、味も普通のうなぎパイより高級感がある。なんと言っても、5枚で税込約1000円するのだ。
静岡・浜松といえば、春華堂の「うなぎパイ」というほど、有名なお菓子だ。それでも、常にチャレンジしていることがわかる。
このV.S.O.P.が、ヒットするかどうかは、わからないが、チャレンジ精神は買える。
ところで、普通のうなぎパイは、「夜のお菓子」というキャチフレーズだ。春華堂では、夕食の際に家族団欒で、このお菓子を食べて楽しんで欲しいというらしいが、多くの人は、そうした意味で受け取っていないような気がする。
そんな中で、このV.S.O.P.は、「真夜中のお菓子」となっている。
さらに、意味深であるが、その本当の意味や狙いを知りたいところだ。
