ブレインストーミング brainstorming

基本は、人の意見に否定せず沢山のアイディア出しを奨励する打ち合わせだ。久しぶりにやったが、面白い。
勿論、無責任な意見でもよい段階のアイディア出しだからだ。
この手法はいつもやりたいと思いつつ、なかなかテーマがない。つまり、今すぐに、どうするか検討する問題ばかりだからだ。
つまり、ブレインストーミングをやれる内容とは、アイディア出しをする段階で、問題を解決するための手法ではないのだ。
出来れば、オフィスでは、ブレインストーミングばかりだと良いのだが？
